Vegas/Hard Rock Hotel
Hey guys... I've been reading Roosh for a couple years but I'm new to the forum... looking for some thoughts on my first trip international. I'm Canadian and I'm headed to Vegas for 10 days at the end of the month.
Heres my thing... I booked into the Hard Rock cuz I wanted to avoid old people and kids (I fucking hate kids) but I think I might have made a mistake... Affliction wearing/loud/muscled up douche bag I am not. Dont get me wrong, I'm fairly young (28 but look younger) and I'm in shape and shit, but my game is pretty chill and I normally rock a suit or sportcoat at least. What do you guys think... will I be way out of my element at the Hard Rock? Maybe it will be a good thing... it doesn't hurt to get noticed, ya know?
Also, where would you guys recommend I hang out considering what I've told you. My bankroll is decent and I make a suit look damn good... I'm kidding.... but I never have a hard time getting noticed by the dames.

You won't be out of your element, but Hard Rock isn't the best spot to pick up women. It's not bad for grabbing girls to bring with you TO the real party (on the strip itself). I've lived in Vegas and visited numerous times. The last time I was there my buddy Virgle Kent and I spent an hour and a half at the circle bar before leaving for a club on the strip -- my experience has been LOTS of dudes, cougars, and pre-gaming socialites (who head elsewhere after 10). The HRH club (Vanity) doesn't compare. Some of the top spots right now:

Marquee, Encore, Tao, Pure, Jet, Rain (Palms, off the strip), Bank (Bellagio)... much higher quality / numbers. I pulled this hot latina at the last spot the last time I was in town. If you rock a suit you and your game is tight will have a huge leg up on a lot of the competition in all the above. Don't bother with bottle service.

The good news is Hard Rock is only about a 5-10 min cab ride away from the main spots on the strip, and if the worst happens you can walk back (I've been there too).

Ok cool. I'm a little surprised to hear that though... I thought the Hard Rock was a "party hotel" and there'd be lots going on. I just thought it might not be my type of party. Whatever, I can roll with it. I guess I had better be prepared to spend alot of time away from my hotel. Thanks for the info Gmac.
Now... Would you recommend that I bounce to a different hotel for better logistics after a night or two at the Hard Rock. I've only paid for one night to hold my reservation.

There will be enough to do, but if you want to get your money's worth in Vegas you won't hang around the Hard Rock. It's not what it used to be.

If you have the option and the cash to stay on the strip (i.e. Bellagio, Wynn, Encore), I recommend it. Stay away from the ends and cheap hotels if you're running high roller game (which I assume you are). That means no Luxor, Excalibur, Flamingo. MGM Mirage isn't bad, but it's a bit far. MGM Grand is decent, but stay at the Signature not the main hotel. Aside from the top suites, their rooms are crap (even after they renovated a few years back).

If you stay at the Grand, they have two "clubs." Studio 54, which is a hot spot on Fri/Sat, and Tabu (more of a lounge), which is hit or miss. They're worth checking out if you're already there and I think you get a free VIP coupon. Still, I recommend the clubs I mentioned in my earlier post. This reminds me I promised I would do a data sheet on Vegas.
