I've started listening to the Joe Rogan podcast and something which consistently stands out at me is whenever Joe speaks to his guests about his past relationships or dating experiences. The guest will relate with a story of their own for a couple minutes, they have some laughs and move on. Whats shocking is how truly disconnected Joe is from the normal American male experience in the dating world (or he's deliberately misleading). Joe talks about dating and fucking like it was an everyday experience before he was famous. Often with lines like, "Yea when you gotta eat, you gotta eat" and the guest will habitually jump on the rhetoric with some beta line like, "Oh to be single again" presuming to the audience they get fucked and sucked on a daily basis while glossing over and trivializing the amount of effort and work it takes for the average guy to get laid with anything above a 5.

I compare it to people who downplay major achievements in their life, as if they're somehow above others that have done the same and their life is so exciting and meaningful. Or millennials who have no concept of what its like to go without daily luxuries.

AB posted that thread a while back about a sex negative narrative in Australia. This video confirms that that narrative has now reached the United States. The reason for the rant on Joe Rogan above is the fact that videos like this one push back against false information that guys get from seemingly harmless yet popular sources of independent information which I think alienates guys when they hear people claim to get laid with such ease. The fact is that getting laid is not an everyday experience unless you have no standards.
Reality Check: If you thought bedding a hot girl in the last ten years was difficult, it's only getting worse.

Videos like this one are really important because they don't just reaffirm the continued decline of the west, but they confirm the dark realities of just how fucked relations have become; normal people in love can't even exchange a kiss on the cheek without being shamed for their happiness.
People aren't having sex, people aren't having kids, the population of whites is falling. We all know this, but what are the implications of this for the everyday life of a man? Absolute fucking misery. If you're one of the few that are in a happy relationship you have to fucking hide it when you step outside. If you're a single guy with a good education/job/money you have to pretend like your achievements are meaningless and you're part of the societal decay like most other people. Any sense of pride or happiness is shunned and if you want to get laid you have live a lie.

The reason I stopped picking up wasn't because of the difficulty, but because of how incredibly unpleasant the women were. They'd blow me off without a text so that they could stay late to work on a project, or expect me to take them out on a date where they didn't acknowledge me as a person, and just generally act like spoiled little princesses. At some point the sex just isn't worth it; I'd rather plan my evening out with buddies whom I know aren't going to blow me off, rather than some flake who's treating me like a rat experiment.

I wonder how many guys are falling for the intermittent rewards and becoming addicted?

Jealousy is on the upswing. There's still plenty of success out there to be had, if you're willing to work for it, but most people want it handed to them like a fast food burger or cable on demand.

I'll bet that a lot of the hate directed towards the manosphere isn't just about how we tip over the boat of feminism, but the fact that we are largely a group of successful and satisfied individuals, who are living well despite the adversity. Notice how often they accuse different people of being gay, of sleeping with fat chicks, of being a paper tiger, et cetera; they're trying to convince themselves that we're just as miserable as they are.
