I've been doing NoFap for about a month. I am much quicker to lose my temper now. I'll blow up at a girl for flaking, or just annoying me in some way, which I never used to do. I think the main issue with nofap is actually not masturbation itself, but watching porn. So you can still masturbate, just don't watch porn, use your imagination.

I've done it for a couple weeks and yes you do get horny. The downside to this is that you tend to lower your standards just to get your release. Be aware of this and try to avoid women who are beneath you
