Ok, this is a fairly niche situation, but I've lived an "adventurous" life, I keep ending up there, and I'm going back again now.

Here are the best things I've figured out so far -

Pick a Therapy place inside an elite gym full of hotties, it's a free elite gym membership at the very least, with access to a different crew than your regular gym.

Other one was picking a PT place that's part of a major college program full of cuties. Best ones don't have much separation between clients, walk in, lay down between the injured volleyball girl or the injured track girl (or preferably, between the two of them), start your exercises, and you have 20 minutes or so to get your game going. Add a rubdown by a cute 20 something PT student and it's a pretty good day, with a fair amount of both turnover and repeat business.

Anyone have anything else to add?

DARK SIDE!

Back in the day, wounded soldiers would fall in love with their nurses.
FF to today, male physical trainers OFTEN have relationships with their female clientele. (I know a chick that married her personal trainer)

This is the same situation, where your physical intimacy and close rapport with a female patient, can stir up those kinds of feelings in your quarry. The lightweight takeaway is that KINO/touching a chick and getting her used to your touch is one of the most overlooked parts of the game.

This also runs into the same issue of shitting where you eat. The chick may not come back, but you can develop a rep and hurt your bottom line. (and if things really go bad, civil suit or criminal charges - trumped up or not, you still gotta defend yourself against them)

One VERY attractive young physical therapist at the clinic is fascinated by me, and I'm sure I could make something happen if I had a clear shot. Unfortunately, I've also fascinated the fat cockblocking friend, and it's become impossible to isolate her, and exceedingly awkward to number close in a professional environment surrounded by her coworkers. The Hottie spends all her "spare" time by my bedside, but the "Nottie" will stand by like a bodyguard competing for my attention. Also, my knee is actually getting better, and my insurance is running out, so I have a max of 3-4 interactions left with her. Any advice?

Tell her you are starting to develop some 'groin' problems, and you may be worried your hip flexors are tight

invite her to some physical type event out in public. If you do yoga, tell her yoga's been helping you a lot and you'd like to invite her to do a session with you at a yoga studio. then after the session go on a minidate for a smoothie or something similar

That's not really the problem. I'm confident she would say yes to anything I ask...in private. In front of gossipy, jealous, cockblocking co-workers, not so much. More of an unusual isolation problem.

Intentionally leave your bag or a magazine In the foyer. Send the Nottie to get it for you so it doesn't get stolen. You then have a couple minutes alone with said hottie.
