One reason the guy got fired is because he admitted to it after she and the conference organizers confronted him. They had no audio proof. He could have denied it up and down, said she photographed the wrong guy, then threatened to bring in a lawyer and sue them for slander. Which leads me to the moral of this post:

NEVER admit to an accusation if they don't have you on video and/or audio!!!

Feminists don't play by any rules of morality. Neither do cops (who are allowed to lie to you to get a confession). Neither do administrators, prosecutors or HR people. All play by their own rules to nail you to get feathers in their caps. Why the fuck is everyone playing by the rules as if it's 1950 and people are honorable?!?!?!

Had he denied it, told them to fuck off, and called a lawyer in immediately, the story would have been very different. DON'T make his mistake!! Accusations can be scary and raise your adrenaline level. But don't brake frame. If no one has you on tape THEY HAVE NOTHING.

The theme song for this guy needs to be Shaggy's "It Wasn't Me."

Better than just fired. SendGrid was hit with a DDOS attack and they are unable to serve their customers at the moment. They got the message. I feel so good about the outcome of this situation. Hopefully when the dust clears other companies will think twice before hiring a politically correct liability like Adria Richards.

We live in a harsh world full of angry man hating radical militant feminists with their own agenda to get even with (Against perceived slights no matter how insignificant) and hurt as many men as possible - and - to deal with that world when ever you are attacked the rules are:

Admit NOTHING

Deny EVERYTHING

Launch a vicious Counter Attack

Even if they have Video - Your counter attack is at minimum: She edited it - took it out of context - is stalking conference attendees and filming them without their permission or releases to serve her radical anti Semitic anti white racist radical feminist agenda.

Tell her and the conference promoters "I am filing stalking and criminal harassment charges!" - Write an expose about how you allow your conference to enable radical racist militant feminist vampires to stalk your conferences to ridicule and humiliate others to advance her own fame adoration addiction and web cred obsession. (This is the launch a vicious counter attack part and I am toning down - in real life you would tone it up commensurate with the aggravation and disruption to your life the accuser stalker attacker verbal abuser has caused you - note the emphasis on addiction and obsession idea is to paint her as the turbo charged psycho bitch from hell radical man hating feminist she is).

Above all else this is a street fight anything goes when your life and income are on the line.

This is what I commented on in the Sheryl Sandberg thread, about how women use power, or at least what she thought was power. The conniving, hateful, passive-aggressive means by which she burned an innocent man, just so she could get up on her feminist soapbox and paint men as a bunch of abusers. Even in some of the comments by women expressing sympathy for the guy that was fired, they still say that somehow he was wrong for telling the joke in that particular venue, that he should have kept his voice down, that he wasn't "professional," blah, blah, blah. When you eavesdrop or have rabbit ears, you're guaranteed to hear things that you will be offended by, or otherwise find unpleasant or inappropriate in some way. But if it wasn't directed at you or someone you know, why do you give a fuck?
