That's not a simple question to answer. There are several styles and methods. I'd read "The Game, by Neil Strauss" that should help. There are several steps and techniques behind what you are asking. I wouldn't expect to get a comprehensive answer to your question.

Also get a hold of some good game blogs. They're very entertaining to read and you learn alot of stuff (depending on your level). Also reading Roosh's posts (even old ones) is also good.

well put it this way leval wise im probably right at the bottom i would never go up to a girl reasons are not knowing what to say and rejection but yeah il look at these links for sure i really need to sort my self out chick wise because its bit of a joke really unfortunatly

Approach anxiety is very normal, it doesn't mean you don't have game or ability to attract women though. Nonetheless it will make you get laid alot harder thats for sure.

The only way to deal with that is by actually approaching.

yeah i know what you meen, obviously every1 has a slight fear of going up to a girl but i cant really even do that, just dont know what to say and how to lead it into a convosation.Once i remember i was at some party me and a few mates was sitting down I was on a chair facing them and i turned around and not meaning to looked some girl right in the eye then turned around then she obv headed my way and sat on my lap and i just done nothing then after about 45 seconds she got up and left she was a nice looking girl aswell shame tbh.

Well, assuming you're not trolling and exagerating you're inability to interact with women...

If you don't know what to say, just ask questions. How's she doing, what does she like, etc. You'd be surprised how much more conversation you can generate with the material you get from a simple question.

Eventually you'll develop ability, and you'll be able to incorporate kino, flirting, negging, pushing and pulling and alot of shit that generates more attraction.

Hell, if that girl just went to sit on your lap I don't think you needed to ask/say much to get lucky.

First of all you can't run from your problems. So scratch Brazil. This might seem strange to you but the opener and chatting up a girl isn't that hard. You just have to put in the work.

I have had similar problems until recently. I went out, got a few drinks, and found a bar where they we're playing eighties rock that I can actually dance to. It was hands up the skirts, kissing on the dance floor, and I actually enjoyed dancing too.

The best remedy for getting out of a slump or getting into a new routine is just doing it.

Study game. Roosh did it and now well, we're on his blog talking about it.
