I be going to Honduras for a month in July. However, I am interesting to see the guide of the women from Guatemala to Panama. Link will be awesome. I also hope Roosh will go there despite the economic crapness in those area.

I did Central America (back in 2006/7).

Honduras - prob. the worst country I've ever visited. Dirty, unfriendly people, dangerous in the capital (Tegus). I also stayed in a pretty shitty hostel overnight. Good times...

El Salvador - doesn't get much tourists so the locals loved to see some gringos, but its a dicey place as every single establishment has a security guard with an M16 posted. I heard of gang violence, etc.

Guatemala - whatever, blah.

Nicaragua - Leon, Granada are college towns so they're some action here and there

Costa Rica - skipped so I wouldn't know.

Panama - I absolutely loved Panama City. Fucking amazing city with friendliest people, safe, and great night life. I really wanna go back.
Didn't see the rest of the country, though.

Man, I should sit down and write a guide.

Panama is supposed to be the "new" Costa Rica now that the gringos have driven prices up so much in CR.

Panama City is really the only city I would seriously consider coming back to.

It's light years ahead of its crappy neighbors (dunno about costa rica).

Friendly women, good food, good nightlife, great weather.

Honduras has an amazing carnival happening in May in the beach town of La Ceiba. Worth checking out.

I agree with Elguapo on this post. Panama City has an awesome nightlife and beautiful women- Calle Uruguay is the spot to go to for the nightlife. Bocas del Toro has awesome beaches.

Heard Costa Rica was good (but the prices are hiking up). I also heard that Guatemala is good to check out for the culture, but not the women. If you are going for the women, then go to Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.

Spirit Air has cheap flights to Panama and Nicaragua.

I miss Calle Uruguay. I was sitting with a buddy in one of the outside seating areas outside the club and 2 girls just walked up asking for a light. Then they starting asking where we were from, etc. So friendly over there.

Inside the club, when Reggaeton comes in, the girls REALLY get down.

Must go back one day.

I have been to Panama City multiple times. I try to keep the place a secret, but the posters above are right, it is great. The women are pretty hot and pretty friendly. The nightlife is great, esp. but not only on Calle Uruguay. They love gringos there and generally relate to and admire American culture (they use dollars, love baseball, and welcomed our military presence). Unlike most other latin american countries, the better economy and more gender equality means that women can go out to clubs and not be automatically and literally considered whores if not accompanied by male friends; also, they can go to a love hotel with you without a bad conscience (I've had more one night flings here than any other central or south american country). It was a joke among my friends that we saw so many toolish American expats with 9's and 10's for girlfriends.

Hilariously, the most happening place was the Bennigans in the well to do mall. Huge and packed; I picked up the hostess. Bennigans has since gone bankrupt here but I don't know if that means it closed in Panama City.

Bocas del Toro is pretty chill and beautiful, but the nightlife was limited to tourists. Still, a great place to visit.

any recommendations on hostels? Preferably ones that don't care if you bring home a girl (not a prostitute if it makes a difference)?

The unique thing about central America is most of the big cities are not on the coast.

Costa Rica is cool, although I haven't been there in a while. I pioneered that place back in the early 90's.

I've heard that Nicuaragua is the "new" Costa Rica. Better get in on Guatemala before it comes up next.
