Actually that's almost exactly what it would say. Male CO's have been criminally charged for knocking up female inmates. Of course here, the inmate will be released and promptly handed a bill for back child support due, and the guards will not only keep their jobs, but they'll probably get promotions. Either way, the taxpayers get the bill for this.

Hate to invoke Godwin's Law, but IIRC, even the Nazis were smart enough to generally have same sex guards to prevent this shit from happening.

Definitely not four or more like this guy apparently did. Also, people who are doing "20 to life" are not held at the Baltimore City Detention Center. The people who are held there are either awaiting trial or received a sentence of no more than eighteen months. Once a Defendant receives a sentence in excess of eighteen months, he moves into the state prison system and often ends up in either Hagerstown or Jessup. The guy who supposedly impregnated these women was not doing "20 to life" and was merely awaiting trial, although he had been incarcerated there for quite some time. My understanding of his situation was that he went through two trials, both of which ended in a mistrial, and was about to be tried a third time.

Yes, if I were doing 20 to life, I'd prolly bang anything. (There's a funny old country song called "A Week in a Country Jail" that references this.)

BUT (and this is important) these women were screwing inmates because they're hideous and not attracting attention in the real work. IMO they wanted to work at a prison because it's the only way they can get male attention. I've Googled the names and these are women beneath the level of the "online-girl hamster thread."

Quality matters, so before we start confirming Roissy's worldview and calling all women criminal-whores and all thugs Alphas, we need to look at the women. I live near this area and have to tell you that the closer you get to Baltimore City, the fewer good-looking women you find and this is outside women who feel the need to work in the prison system.
