It doesn't. Masturbation is a normal, healthy thing. The two articles that Samseau linked two are about "death grip" masturbation (basically a particular technique) which affects the sensation in your penis, not your actual libido.

None of the links you provide proves what you stated. "Death grip" is not the only way to choke the chicken; in fact it is the worst one. Indeed it makes intercourse harder as vagina doesn't feel at all like death grip, but it does not affect libido.

I posted this link some time ago. Read the reader comments. There is a LOT of them, but once you read a hundred or so, you'll see the common pattern here. Men avoiding their GFs/wives to jerk off to porn do that because of several reasons:

- When their sex drive is higher than their wives, or their wives aren't interested in sex anymore (quite a lot of men who commented there mentioned that);

- When their wives are not sexually attractive anymore to them. Check those comments from women mentioning they "gained a little weight"; you know what it means - if a woman admits she gained weight, this typically means she gained so much that even her close friends mention it to her.

- When the relationship is in trouble already, and sex was used as bargain tool in past. For those women it seem to always backlash sooner or later. This is not something mentioned often, but you can typically see it through, considering you typically only hear one side of a story.

I’ve thought about this too. If it screws with your brain, well I’m not really sure about that, but all this internet porn stuff is pretty unprecedented. As recently as my teenage years ten or fifteen years ago, the only way I could ever see porn was to “borrow” it from someone who generally found their dad’s stash. Maybe there was a store or two who would sell teenagers magazines…and all that stuff was pretty straightforward, nothing fetish or experimental.

Now however, pretty much anyone with an internet connection can see whatever they want with the click of a button. Even the most random stuff, for people with the strangest and most extreme tastes, it’s all there. Remember 2 girls 1 cup from a few years ago?

As someone else here mentioned, I think the people most threatened by the porn explosion are people with vanilla sex lives or no sex lives who don’t have the willpower to make their sex lives reflect their wishes and desires. If you are in a loveless marriage, or are a beta that can’t talk to girls, porn might warp your brain by making your otherwise tedious sex life seem even more unremarkable than it actually is. If you can spit game, however, you can probably convince girls to please you in ways that make porn superfluous.

A couple of things guys should keep in mind.

1. Mainstream, predominantly American porn is not the only porn out there. A lot of guys have made claims similar to this one: "watching porn makes it hard to tolerate girls not 18-23, big boobs, etc".
If all you watch is mainstream american porn, then this is a legitimate concern.

There are many types of porn available, however. Amateur porn, created by people who are usually not paid for the privilege, involves a lot of people who look less than ideal because most of the participants are, in fact, average people.

European porn features girls who are often slightly less than ideal as well(physically very attractive, but usually much smaller boobs and not quite as tan). The few who do meet the ideal more closely often end up working in the US anyway.

Japanese porn is another very big option featuring girls who are cute, but don't often fit the ideals perpetrated in mainstream american porn(not blonde, small boobs, smaller butts, etc). Boob jobs are much less common. A lot of Japanese pornstars are very difficult to distinguish from the average Japanese female, something you can't say for a lot of mainstream girls in the USA.

If you consume a lot from any of these categories, you're not going to have the same side effects. I speak as a guy with a lot of experience with porn(more than I often care to admit). Most of my experience comes from these three categories, and most of it isn't even American, much less mainstream.
It hasn't affected my standards at all. If you get off watching cute but less than perfect/ideal girls having sex, then porn won't screw you up.

2. Location also matters.

Let's say you're an average guy, and all you do is consume mainstream American porn. Big names like Tanner Mayes, Lela Star, Tori Black, Kayden Kross, etc, etc-these are the ones who make up most of your carnal viewing pleasure. Naturally, your mind will acclimate itself to tight-bodied, thin, tanned and young women(or women who at least look young).

If you're in the US(most parts of it anyway), this is a big issue. As we've mentioned in other threads, good looking, thin, and feminine women are at a higher premium here than in other places due to a uniquely virulent brand of feminism and obesity. This means that if you live here, the distance between your fantasy and your reality will be particularly large.

If you live in the Ukraine, you'll have fewer problems. There it is not difficult for even an average guy to find a young, tight-bodied, thin and feminine girl because there is simply a greater supply. If you live in an environment like that, the distance between your reality and the pornographic fantasy is much smaller, which means you'll have fewer problems and, in the long run, you'll probably view less porn anyway(if the fantasy is so real, why fantasize?).

Same goes for a guy in Thailand, Japan, the Phillipines, etc. Young, tan, tight bodied girls are abundant in those places so the fantasy is much closer to reality, resulting in fewer issues and likely less porn consumption in the long run.

Many of the issues you're seeing with guys getting warped by porn have to do with a) their reliance on just one type of mainstream porn and b) the general lack of seriously attractive women in the US relative to other places, raising the value of truly thin, feminine, young women to abnormal levels and breeding more fantasizing among men for what they can't have.

Yeah, I agree that American porn sucks. Mostly because of the actors they choose (those fake-eighteen, fake-blonde, fake-boobs, fake-ass girls just turn me off), but also there is typically no storyline at all. I've been collecting good movies for over ten years, and I don't think there is a single American porn movie in my collection. Mostly French, Italian and Japanese stuff, which you can actually watch as there is a storyline which makes sense, not a "nerd-looking guy met two girls, say hi to them, and had a threesome" story typical to American porn movies. Same problem as with almost everything with the culture - if you grew up in Europe/Asia/Latin America, the American culture will always be shallow for you, no matter how long you lived there. This affects not only porn.
