i paid about $100 to join, but now am thinking that that was a mistake. from what i hear, the girls there are upscale and wealthy, and so are probably looking for even wealthier men, which i am not, and are also probably high maintenance. i would much rather meet and bang a 21 year old art student with no money, than a stuck up daddy's girl.

Yes and no, but I have not been to any events. I think it is worth considering whether it has any other benefits to you. $100 is nothing.

I thought it was free.. my friends sent me the invites so I became a member there..

Went to about 2 social events.. Must say, the girls were all over us.. They were asking for our numbers.. So it was pretty easy close..

All the girls I met in there were professional like Accountant, singer, actress etc.. So career driven women.. Not many stuck up girls to be honest...But I have only been to the socials in London.. Other cities girls might be different..

I'm quite interested in joining. As a member with a pretty large presence in Couchsurfing, i'm wondering if this would be a seamless transition. But i haven't heard of it till now - how did you pay the $100, otherwise I may have to find someone already on it.

It was free via an invite only system, but they changed it recently to a $100 per year fee and capped membership at 250,000.

Terrible social network honestly. I got invited to it by the grand daughter of an ex-world leader I used to hang out with at Uni in London.

Completely useless in my opinion, you're not missing out and you can find this crowd through so many other means.

Disagree, not completely useless.

For the access to the different parties, events, soirees is almost worth the price alone.

I think you can find some usefulness on the other portions such as business advice/connections, etc, but you have to weed through it.

If you live in/travel often to a major U.S./international city (NYC, London, Miami, LA, etc), then yes, but if you are in Zanesville, OH then no.

It's not Anglo Only, but it is heavily America-Western Europe Centric, with a smattering of evenings in Asia, South America.
