Think about something else, slow down, switch positions often. Wearing condoms helps. It's not easy at first but with practice you'll eventually get to the point where you can go forever. Also, after you come the first time, subsequent rounds will be easier to last. Don't let yourself get too excited, that's the biggest key.

The less you masturbate the more testosterone you'll have, the more on the ball you'll be around chicks. I've heard kegel exercises help with the control. Also you could try getting yourself to the point where you are about to come and stop and control it. Rinse repeat. Get used to the feeling and maybe you'll find some physical switches to help you out.

It's cliche but thinking of Margret Thatcher also helps.

Ya, if you're worried about lasting, put her on top of you. I almost always do that if I feel I'm getting 'close' and want to make it last longer. When I've had enough I'll throw her off of me, flip her around and go doggy to speed things back up.
