It is what it is. They will find whatever it is that they really enjoy eventually. All we have to do is put out the information and the solutions, the rest takes care of itself.

I'm in Houston. Lots of people here talk like that. If you heard me and my brothers talking you might gasp. I have all kinds of friends or acquaintances that come from all levels of economic and social backgrounds.

That doesn't bother me at all but I can see how someone not from Houston feeling slighted by that kind of banter. Brothers from certain areas are not shy and are very curious especially if you know them through another mutual friend. Also at the barbershop and other similar spots, brothers will say all kinds of shit.

Keep in mind they don't say this when she can hear they just ask me off to the side. Even if they did, I still wouldn't care. I want people to ask me about my wife or dating outside the US. The more that ask the better. As someone who has taught and mentored for a long time, I have a lot of patience for any questions. Should come with the territory.

Even white guys (young and old) and Latinos say Mayne hol up! or just use Mayne/Mann in their speech. We do not really yell out whoa or use it at all.

Saying things like Going down sounds written like Going dyne/dine tonight!





Even phrases like "Knowmtalmbout" are even heard from white dudes here, not just Paul Wall (the white rapper in this song).

It's all just local Houston slang. No one would really bat an eye on some of that if said in an office.

We also have alot of Tex-Mex slang and borrowed phrases and gratuitous use of guey/Wey! when mixing up english and spanish (Spanglish).

Good job guys, there should be more about this on the forum. McQueen had a good thing going for a while but it got a little old eventually (just personal taste) so it's interesting to hear this "vid" even though I'm somewhat culturally alienated from it being white as rice myself.

Quick points, some of them redundant from others in the thread.

*The format would be great in audio as people could then just put it on their phones and listen to in traffic, commuting etc.

*The volume differences was a little evident. RudeB was quite low and Moma high I found myself adjusting the volume between the two of you.

*77 min is a little heavy for one session consider breaking it up in 30 minutes and keeping themes.

Another great podcast from you guys. Learned a lot from the both of them. And wow, Sourcode, so many countries lol. I'm of similar age and have never been out of the states. Just got my passport a few weeks ago though, and will be traveling to Oz at the end of the month, hopefully this trip leads me to many more places in the near future.

Moma and RudeBwoy - what do you guys think about Indian women? You’ve lived in the US and UK so it would be interesting to hear your opinion on this.

I'm a British Indian male, and I have few Indian-American female relatives married to black American guys. In UK a lot of black British guys seem to love Indian girls, but I don’t get the same feeling in the US… I think that UK Indian women are a lot hotter than US Indian women, so that could have something to with it.

Indian girls were considered unobtainable about 20-30 years ago, here’s an old reggae track about a black guy trying to get an Indian girl:

Grouping together Indians and (East, and SE) Asians is very much a US/Canada thing. I don’t think there’s much in common between the two groups when it comes to women and dating for both men and women.

Your roots are in Guyana right? Aren’t there a shit ton of Indian girls there? Do you have any Indian ancestry? I’ve come across quite a few black people from the Caribbean who have an Indian ancestor somewhere. There was a lot of black and Indian mixing back in the day.

Indian club nights are not a good place to pick up Indian girls…I remember going to Indian club nights in London years ago and there were sometimes black guys there trying to pick up Indian girls...they went there at their own risk though. I’ve heard of incidents of gangs of Pakistani and Indian guys beating up black guys who tried chatting up “their” women. These guys are racist cockblockers and some of them are straight up gangstas.

I have female British Indian friend who exclusively used to bang black guys in the past – she was looking for LTR and they were all players. She settled and ended up marrying a white guy – she wasn’t even attracted to them before she hit her late 30s.

I think for a black guy to pick up Indian girls it’s easier if he’s at a mixed club, social circle or daygaming.

I'm of Nigerian descent not Guyanese. Read my Nigerian thread. I don't look South East Asian and my only familiarity with South East Asians is from living in the UK and Canada. I saw zero South East Asians in Nigeria for every time that I have gone back.

They are not easy either from my experience. In some ways harder than East Asians. The hottest ones? Forget it. Usually kinda rare. If available, you are probably not in their league. I don't even seen white dudes macking the really hot ones very easily. I have actually met a few black guys that have Indian girls here. The girls are 5's. Some had serious ass, but ya know...

I don't think they are as hard as they should be. It's those parents... that and some of them are academic machines. I have had Indian male friends pissed off because their gal is a workaholic.

Traveller, I agree that social circle is very big. On each instance that I had a chance to close my Asians, it was the intervention of social circle that fcuked up the base for me. I see them akin to Somalians. The only way to pull them is to seperate them from the herd...
