All police and security forces personnel in Ankara have been told to report in, and reports indicate that military personnel are disarming regular police forces in Ankara and Istanbul.

It's funny, last night I was just thinking about this, and was going to write a post in the Paris attack thread about a step the West can take to help defeat ISIS. And that would be: encourage the Turkish military to overthrow and arrest Erdogan.

The military there is deeply dissatisfied with his Islamist agenda. Turkey has ruined all her previously good relations with her neighbors: Syria, Iran, etc. All because Erdogan is a corrupt ideologue whose policies have been utter disaster for his country.
