Roissy was writing about sex robots long ago (as in 2007). I never took it that seriously but it's tough to argue that as the obesity epidemic intensifies and the sexual marketplace becomes increasingly stratified - the Pareto Principle writ large as social media and dating apps continue to regrade the landscape - an artificial alternative wouldn't become increasingly noteworthy.

I posted in the other sex bot thread about how we should try to get in at the ground floor and get rich off this phenomenon. With the advances in technology and virtual reality, I think this is going to become huge. I need to research some companies and get some equity before this takes off.

Most guys without girlfriends rarely get laid. Maybe once a year if they're lucky. The rest usually marry the first broad that puts out. 95% of dudes can't pull a girl off Tinder or from their local coffee shop. They have dad bods, shitty posture, and zero confidence. It's really a depressing sight.

Hell, tons of guys are already doing that. I'd say at least 40 percent of guys are addicted to porn and video games and have checked out of the dating scene almost entirely. No one notices because there's so many fat chicks with cats, netflix, and haagen dazs.
