well, let me tell you as i have done bodybuilding and martial arts and alot of steroids.

You dont jump to HGH . You dont jump into any steroids without having your training and diet in check. when you have it all down ,there are other steroids then HGH that can help you get shredded . HGH needs to be taken every day for at least 6 months for it to give results and also most of the time and depending on your goald you need to mix it in with other steroids. give us your stats , how long you been working out , i might give you some pointers

I was an athlete throughout high school and college and have been lifting for about 6 to 7 years. I have a stocky rugby player type physique.

I stand at 5'9, 185 pounds, 25 percent BF. Got a bit chbbby recently but I'm not sure if that 25 percent reading was correct.

Currently doing muay thai in Thailand for the next two months or so. I've recently been told about HGH and was considering it.

Its my understanding that testosterone should be a beginners first cycle. Hgh is much more expensive. Check out the foums at steroid.com and read up on all the different kinds of gear. A lot of really smart and safe roiders over there. Look at anavar for a popular cutting cycle. Its one of the more "safe" cycles with minimal side effects.

You have a few years of lifting which is a good base. 24-25 is also the recomended minimum earliest age to safely use gear.

Gear is thailand is legal and really cheap. Do research and be safe.

That stuff scares me ...nearly everyone I've seen taking some kind of steroids looks old and drawn in the face,no matter how good the muscle.

I don't know why you need to consider steroids at this point for cutting up. Just eat natural foods, lift 3-4 times a week and I think you should be good.

How ripped are you trying to be? If you can see a glimmer of abs and some striations on your arms, that should be sufficient.

Sheeet, even if you can't see a glimmer but your belly is flat, you should be fine.

Steroids is a bit excessive in my view.

But that's just me.

You know how you view guys who say "Game doesn't work"? Well, that's who guys like me view people who say, "Steroids shrink your dick," "HGH doesn't work," etc.

Asking one to list pros and cons is like saying, "Prove game works!" It's a waste of time. Either you're clued in, or you aren't.

And there are lots of reliable sources to clue you in....

I am just curious to hear your views. I've been working out avidly for years (won't juice up though) but a few of my close friends have been on the full works glen, HGH etc and of course their bodies looked amazing.

So I know this shyt from up close. My mates said that their balls do shrink a bit, I think they used gear properly though to minimise the effect.

One of the lads did suffer from bitch tits though. So this isn't a heated rage against not doing roids.

I personally wouldn't want to do roids because of:

1) The expense - HGH was going for around 1000 quid a vial or something in the UK at the time

2) I don't like to alter my body with unnatural chemicals too much. My body responds very well both to positive substances and negatives.

That, however, is my take on it.

For YMG to be using HGH just to cut up seems a bit premature in my view.

I think being on the gear should be a last resort (a bit like paying prepagos for punni).

Personally I don't "talk shit" about HGH/steroids. The people that use it though are an entirely different matter...
