Hi can anyone in property advice me on this please?

So I cam across this add:

I phoned up to see what its about.

So the guy said you pay 20k and get access to the property for 5 years.

Then their company will put the property on 60 booking platforms like airbnb.

They will rent the property out at £200-£280 a day.

You have to pay the bills and the owner every month.

After paying all the bills and the company takes their cut you get Potential NET Annual Income: £23,500.

Is this a scam?
