(Not that there's anything wrong with that.)

1) What it says about her

If she's in a mini-skirt and high heels, she wants to tell the world she's a slut.

If she's in an Ann Taylor suit and Louboutin Heels, she wants to hide the fact that she's a slut.

2) What I want her to wear?

Something that's sexy, but not so sexy that I have to get into a fight.

I'm oblivious to all this stuff. I couldn't tell you a single thing about the outfit my last date was wearing, nor what any of the girls I approached as recently as last night were wearing. When I do remember someone's clothes, it's only because there's a specific reason. Like, at the Super Bowl party I went to this year, this girl was wearing a Patriots jersey with no bra underneath. After they lost and she got all depressed and started doing tequila shots and getting aggressive with me, the shirt did not stay on for very long. But aside from cases like that where I can't *not* remember, I'll forget the moment she's not around.

In terms of attraction, for me, face is first; figure is second; then everything else. A hot girl can wear just about anything and she will still be hot.

There's only one thing that comes to my mind. Whether or not it looks like she's dressed to have a good time, or if she's dressed conservatively.
