I started reading about pro-hormones and I would probably want to try one cycle very soon to see how it goes.

Does anybody know how and where I can get them in Mexico? I know they are no longer legal in the states but I'm living in Mexico for the time being and things should be easier here.

Just a background:
I'm about to turn 32 and I already know my body well.
I used to struggle with my weight all my life. I have the endomorph body type and can gain weight and muscle quickly, though losing fat has always been a problem.
My body tends to gain fat "the wrong way" and shifts the fat to the waist and muffin top. The fat there starts to go away only when I reach the lower end of body fat %.

I am now in a steady state and once have reached the end goal of "getting the 6pack" with the help of a proffessional coach but that cost me being in a constant state of hunger and I could keep the packs for only 2 weeks.

I've been hitting the gym for years 5 times a week.
I've decided to skip the bullshit and use stuff that can help me stay in shape without so much suffering.

The point of prohormones was they were grey area / legal which made them easier to get. Due to them being pro drugs to actual steroids they actually carry more side effects,and stress the body more than normal steroids. If you had to pick a prohormone i'd pick Hdrol for its lower side effect profile,but you might as well just do the real thing instead of having nasty sides + less gains.

All the effective pro-anabolic drugs are illegal as of right now,and have been for years. Companies involved in the prohormone business have currently switched to sarms which are still grey area. They don't have any bad side effects in most people,but are not super potent.(They basically do what most supplements claim to;help you put on more muscle faster assuming you train hard. Except they actually work)Those will have to be criminalized before the chemists hit the medical literature again and start selling some new grey area muscle building drugs.

As far as sarms go I personally wouldn't trust any distributors still around these days. All the legit sources got scared out of the business due to the legal risk and purity issues in my opinion. LGD-4033 is stronger than ostarine. 2.5 milligrams every day is a little boost for recovery. 7-10 milligrams every day is solid gains,awesome workouts and ridiculous scary pumps. If you need to take more than 10mg the shit is bunk. If you decide to take any grey area anabolic pay the money to get it tested by a lab.



P.S. If you are having trouble maintaining a 6 pack start implementing some combat sports,GPP(farmers carries,prowlers,etc),ocean swimming,or hill sprints into your training. As far as diet goes kinobody/leangains style stuff like bcaas,if,low carb,etc is gonna be your friend.
You might need to start doing hollow body,stomach vacuum,and L-sit work to activate your transverse abdominis (Holds your gut in),and hypertrophy your upper abs with higher rep sets of weighted incline crunches.

I’ll vouch for SARMs, as I’ve used LGD 4033 and Ostarine a few times with success. I’ve only used one particular distributor.

Trust me I know my body very well. I've already had the results I want and I know what it takes me to get there naturally. I've done everything. We all have different genetics and have to live with the cards we are dealt.

Hey OP I'm a couple of years older than you, and have been using SARMS for the past couple of years but have also been on TRT for over a year now and have used test as a base to stack SARMS and other compounds.

What I'm running right now is TRT and Testolone stack that I've run in the past as a mild body recomp cycle.

But my advice is to consider what changes you want with your body. If you just want to do a mild cut to get a little muscle definition then just do an Ostarine cycle. Ostarine is mildly suppressive and will do the job.

But if you want to get bodybuilder shredded then you have to take stronger compounds.

And if you want to gain muscle and mass then SARMS or ProHormones are waste of money and you might as well do a straight Test cycle or a Test/Dbol cycle.

But if you're in Mexico your best bet is to buy testosterone from the pharmacies because I don't think they sell SARMs in Mexico. I buy my SARMS online from an American distributor and I would imagine they could ship to Mexico, but since you have pharma testosterone readily available at a store, you should just start there and run a TRT cycle 200 to 250 mgs a week and see how it goes.

At those doses side effects are minimal and can be prevented by getting blood work to watch out for estrogen issues, or just lowering the dosage.

I'm about 19-20% body fat now.
At the peak of my physique I was at 13% and could see a six pack with just a bit of waist fat, but as I mentioned, I was hungry all the time. I was also weak and lost my libido. And all this shit happened naturally without anything in my body except whey protein.
I also had gyno when I was young until my mid 20's when I had to pay to cut that shit off, also totally natural.
That's why non of the shit out there scares me except for maybe losing my hair.

If I want this time to reach the 10% body fat and maintain it. What would you recommend?

Intermittent fasting. Weights 2x a week. Morning fasted cardio 5x a week.

Sounds like you dieted too hard and fucked your metabolism/t levels last time. Shouldn't be dropping more than a couple pounds a week.

If that doesn't sort you out after a few months then skip the prohormes and get on trt.

Before and after blood work is of course a really good idea.

I'd also add if any guy in his early 30s is hovering at 20% bodyfat then he doesn't know his body well. Otherwise his bf would be lower. With your Endo genetics, you're probably gonna have to keep carbs low or go full keto. Even with drugs. It sucks but like you said gotta accept the cards you were dealt.

Whatever you do... stay away from Prohormones man! Way More negatives than Gear... for more underwhelming results! If you want to get SARMS, depending on where you live, you might have to move fast. I think I heard they're on the way to becoming illegal... at least in North America!

SARMS i would recommend either Ostarine or LGD, but it will be hard for you to find a legit source. They're either very underdosed or bunk. A friend of mine got screwed over with that shit. MK677 is one thing you can consider, it's basically a budget GH that signals your IGF-1 to secrete more growth hormone which could benefit you with increased strength, faster recovery and rapid fat loss, with barely any side effects. Oh, and you'll sleep like a baby on that stuff. The only downside is some people feel a very clear increase in hunger on MK677, because it mimics ghrelin (lenomorelin) which is the hunger hormone, but you could combat that with an appetite suppressant diuretic. And it's only noticeable within the first days of taking it. No need to PCT or anything on it. And you'll need to be on it for a few months for the full effect, so i don't know how patient you are.

But if you ask me i would say stick to real gear, you can obtain pharma grade easy in Mexico, so why not take advantage of it? Some places you won't need a prescription. I heard from some people that for deca and testosterone you can buy over the counter. Prohormones are nasty, you don't want to go there, for the price of negligible gains.

Your "body" can not make you fat.

Clean diet, exercise and stay away from dodgy drugs mate.

If being slim and sexy was easy, it would be attractive to women - it shows discipline and sets you out from the crowd as a good mating choice to women.

I've used a prohornmone once. It was a topical dht. The name of which escapes me.

The stuff was good. I was able to make decent gains for about 4 weeks.

After that, I had this horrible crash and felt like shit. Apparently my est levels got too high.

I'd stick with traditional stuff. Get good blood work, keep your diet good, and have a good routine.

Prohormones are really really potente, bad really bad for your health, when i say really bad for your health is REALLY REALLY BAD.

I would tell you go for real gear, or if you wanna go milder, go SARMS, is the new revolution and not as bad as prohormones. Read about sarms, they are really really interesting and work really well.
I have being studying them for a while and you can be sure they are way better than prohormones in terms of benefits/risks. You can send me a PM if you need some information about them.

Do your research, but i do think that prohormones is one of the worst ideas anyone can have
