The best way to contribute to this site is provide my expert experience in the cities I have game. I will start with Phoenix.

Phoenix has some game in downtown, but most of talent is in Scottsdale and Tempe. Particularly Scottsdale. 9 and 10's hangout in Scottsdale.

Compare to other mid level cities I've been to. Scottsdale is better than Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Houston, Miami, Charlotte, Boston, Vancouver Canada, SF, San Diego.

Scottsdale perks: Cheap beer for 3-5 dollars. No club fees, you can pay 5 dollar to bypass some lines. So cheap night game compare to LA and NYC.

Daygame: is only on ASU campus. But it is tough if your not a ASU person. So Daygame does not really exist unless you hangout at coffee shops.

Best Night to go out: Saturday is the biggest night, friday night and than Thursday.

When to go: August to October is peak for some reason. Summer are awesome, A lot of tourist action from NYC, and Los Angeles, and California.

Scottsdale is the better than Tempe.

Where in Scottsdale: The Mint is the best, W is second when in the summer only (outdoor venue). Smashboxx is third, Wild Knights is fourth place. El heffe.

Tempe: Robbie fox at 11:30 pm, Canteen same time,

Tempe game is mostly ugly chicks, sprinkle in some hot college girls, If you want hot 9 and 10, they hangout in Scottsdale.

Race Issue: Arizona is consider in the south and most republican live here. I am a firm believer if you have good game, you can make the girl forget your black, asian, brown or whatever you are. Also I am not white. And I pickup mostly white girls. Thats because I have good game, five year of experience and have paid my dues. I do not use the Race card as an excuse, since it is 2012.

I have to chime in here. I've lived in Phoenix/Scottsdale for the past four years and have had great success with night game in several other cities and my impression is that while, yes, Scottsdale does have some of the most beautiful women in the country (and I'm from Florida, so I am familiar with what Miami has to offer- both cities are in the same league in terms of talent) and yes, people like to drink and party here, the nightlife culture here is almost exclusively about seeing and being seen or going out with friends and not about one-night stands. They happen, and I've had them, but they're few and far between. Bitch shields are high, and a lot of people underestimate the level of effort required to play the night game successfully here. Mixx' descriptions of the scene these days in Miami apply perfectly to Phoenix as well. I'm fit, dress well, and drive a nice car, and stand out in isolation, but there are a lot of good-looking guys with money here and you definitely won't be the only one when you go out at night. And few people dance or talk to people outside of their groups that they came in with, so I don't see nightgame as being that productive here compared to other cities.

I've described the layout of the average venue in Scottsdale in my Helsinki trip report to unfavorably contrast it with the kinds of venues that facilitate one-night stands. Yes, cover charges are rare, but almost all venues have a good chunk of real estate devoted to bottle service and that affects the atmosphere, as does the fact that almost all of the venues are laid out in the dreaded hollow square where everyone can see everyone one else and feel self-conscious. Jerome's list of current hotspots in Scottsdale and Tempe is accurate...for now. Popular venues change almost overnight here. Of the venues he mentioned, if you insist on gaming here, I would focus on El Jefe in Scottsdale and Canteen in Tempe. I also like Blue Martini in north Scottsdale. The Phoenix area has a lot of natural beauty, great weather, and plenty of eye candy, and if you have money there are plenty of places to spend it and live well, but I would not tout this place as a pickup spot. Think of it as Miami or DC in the desert.

thanks for your excellent analysis, but I never said or tout it as excellent, I only said it was better than mid tier cities. Yes I agree with the Miami thing, Miami is equal to Scottsdale, but in Miami there are more Latino girls, less american girls. It depends on your taste. If you like Latino girls than Miami is your bet. If you like All American girls, than Scottsdale is dominated by that hegemony. Just a preference.

I didn't like Miami, that is why i think Scottsdale is better. Just a preference. Some love Miami, I don't. Its humid.

I never went out in Phoenix since I was always visiting with family and I don't even think I was 21 when I was there last, but I must say there is A LOT of tallent there. Not sure how easy it is to pick up or what not, but I definitely saw a lot of beauties. I definitely think Phoenix is really under rated. I don't hear it brought up much. Another thing I noticed though is there are a lot of girls with kids at a young age. The same is true with Vegas girls as well.

That's what my impression was. It was like everything bad about LA, except out in the desert. Was not impressed with the place at all.

I guess you can do worse... but better than Miami, Chicago and Boston? Definitely disagree.

I've heard great things about the white girls in Scottsdale. I used to have a roommate from Phoenix. I think Swizz Beatz owns a club or two out there.

I disagree, with your statement, yes there are milfs who have plastic surgery. Keep in mind ASU has 100k students. Girls from the midwest come here to study and party. After graduation, they stay and live here.

Guys who have good game understand the game. Your statement is greatly bitter and exaggerated.

Good breakdown. I've lived in the area for about 8 years now, currently in Scottsdale, which really is the area with the hottest girls, and I guess I was lucky I ended up here and not somewhere in the Midwest or DC. I was born and raised in Bratislava, Slovakia and I guess the Scottsdale girls are almost on par with that, although the attitudes are of course waay worse and the hot ones are much harder to successfully game for a regular Joe like me. However, this is just Scottsdale, and maybe Tempe to a lesser degree - the talent in the suburbs is much, much worse - when I went for a night out to West Gate I was surprised by the amount of whales out there.

It's interesting that some forum members like it here and some don't. I think it's not bad for America. I've heard girls (attractive, but not complete stunners) who used to live in different parts of the country complaining about how the guys are treating them here compared to what they were used to in the Midwest or Northeast, due to competition from all the hot girls...

"Latino" is masculine, you should have said "latina" like Gmanifesto pointed out. Now I know ASU is huge and has lots of hotties, but you cannot really say that Scottsdale is better SF, Miami and Boston.

SF is garbage. OMG. Do not ever mention SF in the same breathe as Miami or Scottsdale.

Boston is decent, I have need to all these cities, I have witness it myself, I would say Miami is equal to Scottsdale. But Miami cannot be better.

Quality is significantly lower than Scottsdale (or even Tempe) in the other towns, lots and lots of fatties like anywhere else in America. Maybe Chandler/Ahwatukee area is not that bad - I was in Sandbar Chandler few weeks ago and there was some talent there, but nothing like Scottsdale. Downtown Phoenix doesn't have much of a nightlife scene, but could be good with the happy hour crowd. I would say if you go out in Greater PHX go out in Old Town Scottsdale or Mill Ave Tempe.

Like SVK said, Chandler has only one good spot its Sandbar in Chandler.

As for the downtown phoenix, SVK is correct. Happy hour crowd. ASU nursing school is downtown.

I've only been to Scottsdale a few times, but it is atop the cities in the US for hot white young girls. Whenever I was at UCLA and either ASU or Arizona would come into town for football/basketball games, it was ridiculous as if Playboy was holding events on campus.
