Croatia is a beautiful country, great coastline, clean waters, sun, sailing and the women look quite good too, but there has always been a thorn in my side when visiting Croatia, it seems that the country is ran by a government of nuns? Maybe im missing it ..but ive never seen strip joints or anything of the sort in Croatia.

Anyway to cut a long story short , i was travelling recently back through Zagrab , after a 2 weeks in Romania and Serbia, and i stopped for one night in a well known Five Star Hotel in Zagrab ,i booked a double for two people, thinking nothing of it.

So i get to the front desk and a surly Croatian guy asks "who else is staying in the room with me, he wants their name address and telephone number, and he wants it by the morning ..and that they have video cameras ..."

Two things wrong with this:

As a 49 year old guy , this guy is inferring that any girl that is staying in my room obviously must be a hooker, as im too ugly and old to pick up a girl and have some normal unpaid for fun.

Also as a fit older guy, i do still chat up 20 and 30 somethings and have some fun in a hotel with them, but he is automatically inferring that if i do this the girl is a hooker? ..And it also takes all the fun out of a one night adventure in Zagrab.


This to me is just another sign of how feminism is encroaching on the hetero world, what is wrong with a consenting man and woman going to bed together ? when did that become a crime??

Obviously Croatia is very anti-prostitution, but when liberal feminist government laws start encroaching on peoples rites then there is a problem.

Croatia is beautiful country , but due to this anti-single man type crap, i will be spending my cash in countries that allow middle aged guys to do what they wish in Hotel rooms ...without the Hotel staff interrogating you ..

I copped the same thing in Prague and Budapest last week.
I'm 46.I even had young guys shame the girls that were with me for being with an older man.
I met a 47 year old American who as getting the same treatment I was.We thought we were the only ones both had social outgoing atitudes both wanted to game.This guy was pulling his hair out if I didn't meet him to discuss it I would of been fucked.

We were both being treated like a we shouldn't be having fun or talking to young women.Also being targeted by hookers in the street.I'm not anti hooker as long as its legal but it fucks your mood/game when you are walking along by yourself and get hit up in front of other tourist.It makes it look like that is why you are out by yourself.This really really pissed me off.And Bratislava can go fuck itself as a result..I lasted 1/2 a day there.
Budapest I got hit up everynight almost.but I loved Buda.After I got my confidence back I just clowned around the hookers .

What really pissed me off with the young dudes shaming my girls cock blocking me.The same guys fuck MILF cougars etc no problem.I met guys 24 to 29 that have never been with a woman younger or the same age as them.

I know what your talking about, a single white male over 40 is lower on the scale these days than some clapped out tranny. My observations:

1. If you are older guy, relatively good looking and with deep pockets with a two times younger girl, you are perceived as "sponsor" to these girls. Having game or not having it, doesn't matter. That is the first imprint Croats get when they see this example. Maybe subconsciously guy at the desk thought the same thing. This thing is well established in Balkans and we talk about young girls looking for sugar daddies being "sponzoruše", meaning "girls who look for sponsors".
2. Croatia is not really infiltrated with feminism. Feminism is generally prevalent on specific colleges, like philosophy and similar. There is no "rape culture" nor women think everything is sexual harassment on workplace.
3. Prostitution is illegal. Strip clubs are not legal (I think), but occasionally there are events in some clubs where girls take off clothes.

OP, what you have experiences has little to do with feminism. It has to with the ''hater'' mindset, which is present not only in Croatia, but everywhere else to some extent.


In your case, people will call you names because you bang girls which the average Croat likely never will. It's much easier calling you a ''creep'', ''loser'' than asking you how you manage to do it.


Girls who spend time with you will also receive a lot of hate. Granted, some of those might be indeed a drolja (slut), kurva (hooker) or sponzoruša (explained), but many aren't really. They just want a high quality man, that's all. Perfectly legitimate in my book.



And finally, Croatia is not that much affected by feminism. Yes, there are various NGO's, MSM and foreign elements that promote it. But, on average, A lot of Croats are conservative (younger generations especially). On the biggest Croatian forum (forum hr.), guys like Paul Joseph Watson and Mike Cernovich were mentioned a lot of times in a positive light. There is hope for us yet, after all.

This is pretty close to the same in a lot of countries. Hotels not only don't want to deal with hookers but also want to nickel and dime you. Like previous posters have said, just get an apt and that problem goes away.

Pro tip: Pick a hotel with a large independently led fitness center in the lower levels - or anything else of similar bigger visitor ratio. Those hotels have girls coming and going all the time and they cannot even effectively move against hookers even if you have them. Obviously the same is true for girls you manage to pick up.

I personally hate it myself when I cannot even have my girl come up to my room. In some 5-star ones I even told the staff to bring up my girl to the room (even after I gave them her name) and they still called me up and someone from below escorted her to the room as if she is going to rob the place.

I get it that they may want to move against escorts, but honestly this impacts heavily Players and even common use of the bloody hotel. If you pay 100-500$/night, then you would want to have use of the fucking room.

Totally agree Zelcorpion, obviously the hotel got a nice review from me on Booking.com (not) ..that is what i cant understand, what is in it for them to interrogate high paying guests? this place had a video cam inserted in the ceiling above the door to my room and the staff were damn rude, was it like this in the 1970s and 80s, im sure it wasnt, what made this type of action normal, the are effectively shooting themselves in the foot , if im paying for room, its none of their business who i bring back? Yes, more than a few 5 star hotels have a no hooker policy and are strict about it.

Generally it comes down to how you present yourself. No need to even book for two, just book for one with a king bed.

How are you presenting yourself in the lobby, dressed like a slob overweight sex tourist or nice sharp, business acceptable. When you go into the lobby, does the girl with you walk two paces behind like a whore or do you have your arm around her, laughing, talking. It's common to have guests you bring to have to sign into the reception though, that's for your protection too. I don't think this "booking for my imaginary wife" tactic is the best, only if you plan on hookers ironically. I know some Croat girls, and I'm thinking of one in particular while reading this thread. I don't know masses about Croatia.
Here's my observations though. There's a fair number of hot Croatian girls. And I don't just mean hot, I mean SUPERHOT.
But the culture seems very old fashioned Catholic - think Ireland of days gone by, as opposed to modern Italy or Brazil. Croatian women, atleast in Zagreb and higher profile places seem to be very materialistic, fashion obsessed, very hardnosed, consider themselves to be smart manipulators and so on.

The Croatian girl I'm thinking of probably epitomises much of this. She's superhot, loves attention and is thoroughly up herself. Has a bad temper and will use sex to trade for anything - money, prestige, limelight, career, exam grades etc. She's actually mellowed in recent times, but still devoutly religious - in SOME ways. Still very much anti-sex unless its part of a relationship on her terms. She'd probably scare the living daylights out of even seasoned PUAs. Her view is that anyone who so much as makes polite conversation at the gym is a pest of the lowest order. And she, and her group are VERY Americanised in so many ways. Much like some real life version of some bitchy gossiping American teen movie. Complete with the phraseology, even though they are mid and late 20s. (Oh and in another life I probably married her and had a very brutal divorce hahah!)

The country seems very anti-hooker, the epitomy of its traditional form of Catholicism. UNLESS the money is enough, and then I think most of em actually see it as a REALLY cool career.

I haven't really considered the place in gaming terms. But everything tells me its not a place I'd target for gaming. You might get lots of pussy, but you can get that in most places - its quality that counts in my view. Hot Croats are very different to plain ones, IMO.
Getting into a relationship with a hot Croatian with these characteristics I'd imagine could scar even a more battle hardened player, unless you go in fully aware of how ugly it could get.

Other than that, much of Croatia is beautiful to look at. : )
