A Personal Dilemma
Hey guys
I have a serious bone to pick with the administration of my college. There was a non-police investigation of a sexual assault and I was implicated as a possible witness. I opted for full disclosure since I'm good friends with the victim. I need to decide on my options soon because this is a recent event.

We were all told that the campus investigation would not bother with the peripheral crimes (underage alcohol consumption related, I'm not underage, etc.)

Despite this, once the information was told to the campus investigator, he called us all in for second interviews. He snapped on a video camera and started grilling us with questions about who supplied the alcohol, who was drinking, the like. In the process, two of my friends were charged with serious alcohol violations (police were not involved) and are on probation.

I was charged with nothing, and did nothing. I was hungover at the time of the party and was not interested in drinking. I'm a third year junior and other than this bullshit, I like the college. I do not wish to tolerate this behavior.

When confronted about his lying, he said "Did you record it? Did you get it on camera?" He gloated and my friend left in disgust.

As far as I figure, these are my two options.

1. Should I go ahead and directly confront the guy at the risk of my expulsion and possibly transfer record? We know that I did nothing and the case is closed, but I do not want him to lie to my friends unchecked. I have prepared a statement to tell him.

2. Should I not get involved and not confront him?

I'm open to suggestions as for options. I don't want to get legal about it.

by the way, here is a short version of the statement that I have prepared. This guy strikes me as a passive aggressor and I'm fully employing the Reardon Technique.

"I am not here today to question or appeal the campus alcohol violations or the punishments. I understand that actions have consequences and you can be assured that I am going to tell every minor that I refuse to buy for them. I also understand that your job is difficult. What I am looking for is closure.
I am not one to carry a grudge or keep a hidden conflict with someone. I'm here today to ask you to explain why you chose to reassure us with the promise that we were not going to be punished for alcohol violations, but you decided to mete out punishments anyway. I want you to be frank and explain your lie to me."

Thanks guys.

For reference, here is the Reardon Technique

I kinda hope Roosh notices this, since he's in Europe and I'm sure he has to deal with douchey fratboys. This article is excellent and I have used it at bars to dominate assholes. If you want to be confident with people, it can help to learn how to shoot down passive aggressors. I enjoy researching how to be alpha socially and I put effort into being a good poster since many of you guys have great advice.
