I find that after I jack off I lose my motivation for going out. It makes perfect sense that when you are horny you want to go out and meet chicks.

But I think it also affects my game and my confidence. Some people claims that once they stopped masturbation their confidence skyrocketed. What’s your opinions guys?

I'm of the opinion that it will seriously help you, do nothing, or hurt you, completely dependent on the person.

For me it helps immensely, as my main problem is initiative, motivation, and physical escalation. If I abstain for 5-6 days, I'm horny as shit and this helps me immensely. If you're a creepy dude, or already awkward with women and haven't been laid in a while, I'd imagine it would hurt you.
