One thing that made me look at things like this with a bit more balance is learning that many rapists themselves have been abused as children.

Seems to me the answer is breaking cycles of abuse, however the hell you go about doing that.

Depends on the situation relating to the murder. Some yes, some no. Mainly towards rapists and child molesters, I feel they are the lowest form of person possible. For murder, it would depend upon the case. I can see a case for leniency for a murderer, I can not for a rapist or child molester.

I agree with you, rape is a violation that never goes away. You cannot not just get up an dust off and get over it. The person will never fell safe again, they can't even go to the store much less the park without the fear.

I say cut their shit off and send them to prison to be gang raped until they die.

I would be in favor of anyone who rapes being publicly anally raped.
That would be justice. Also, if they beat the woman up during the rape, they would also get beaten during it.

Do you have any idea how high statistics are when it comes to false rape allegations? You guys are talking capital punishment, castration and public gang rape for rapists when almost 40% of rape accusations are false over a 20 year period!!!!

I'd be a little careful about attributing to "Africa" what might be happening in specific countries. Because rape is out of control in S. Africa doesn't mean it is in Ghana or Mali(which are both rather safe for visitors).

I don't think Rio is talking about killing some guy accused of rape at a frat party or something. Never in a situation of her word vs his word. I think he is talking about guys who kidnap little girls and rape/torture them. Those guys should be killed. Even if they don't kill the little girl. Those guys are sick and beyond rehabilitation. Most of them couldn't even stop if they wanted too. Their brains are defective and they should be removed from the gene pool.

That is different from a drunk guy and a drunk girl fooling around and the girl saying "no", but the guy sort of forcing it in her anyways. Ya, that is technically rape I guess but that is much different then the kidnap-rape scenario.

The party drunk rapist should get a mild punishment.

The kidnapper-rapist should be killed.

If you rape a child you should probably be killed.
