I just watched the first two thirds of RSDs the blueprint decoded. Those guys have come a long way. I want to share one thing that has really really stuck with me so far:

All the analysis, planning and calibration that goes into game is minuscule in impact compared to the mood you are in when you approach.

A great way to get in the mood (works for me anyway) is to stand up straight, look in the mirror, smile and say "be happy" with authority and conviction.

Yeah, it's feel good hippy stuff, but it works.

What do you guys do to get yourselves in the mood to approach?

My routine is usually to put on some music that puts me in a party mood, get butt ass naked, and then shave my head/face. Keep the music playing and when I get out of the shower I will start to get dressed in the best looking outfit I can put together, make myself a screwdriver (Vodka and orange juice) and make about 20 trips into the bathroom to check out how good I look in the mirror. Yeah, it's super conceded, but it works so don't make fun of me lol.

Another trick that I read somewhere is to not just sit in front of your computer alone in the house all day. Go out and do some things during the day and try to be in a good mood and be social. Even if it is just to go to the grocery store to buy some fruit. Try to strike up a conversation with someone at the store. If you sit in your house alone all day long fucking off on the internet your mood really tanks and I'm low energy. At least it does for me.

I second Rio. I try to have as many interactions with as many strangers every day as possible, and to drag out conversations and interactions. I'm introverted by nature and this is what I have to do to pull myself out of the shell. I used to try to limit interactions with people because I was closed off and antisocial, but extending interactions with random strangers is the best thing I know to get primed for talking to girls.

Yep, I didn't think going out and talking to as many people as possible would work but it really does. I am naturally a quiet guy and recommend this to other introverted players if you want to get in the mood. It's the same as shooting the shit with your homies, but you can't do that if you're going out solo.
