The last point is not a myth. US Studies of breast cancer rates between races of women have also compared average breast size in part of their studies. Black women average nearly 30% more total volume area than white women do. So the base average cup size between the races in the US would be something like A cup for Oriental women, B cup for most other women, and C cup for African American women.

The rankings are also confirmed comparing women at the highest level of breast size development. African American women dominate the natural (not surgically enhanced) Big Breast market on the internet and the woman who is generally acknowledged to have the largest natural breasts in the world (Annie Hawkins Turner, AKA "Norma Stitz") is African American.

Compare this to the other size extreme in the Orient. One of the latest developments in Japan regarding Oriental female models is to find the most buxom girls possible (more as a novelty than as pornography). While on average these models are significantly larger than average breast sizes (most are around a D cup), they only represent the top smallest fraction of their respective race.

The bustiest well-known Oriental model (Fuko, AKA "Love") is the only one who is significantly larger than a DD cup. While quite enormous in her own right, she is not even a third of the size of Ms. Turner. There have also been many white (and Latino) women larger than Fuko, some approaching the size of the largest black women (Chesty Morgan, Suzie Sparks, "Melody", a California woman who was featured on the Discovery channel who got a breast reduction, etc.)

Given the above analysis then, the country with the highest percentage of black women complimented with the lowest percentage of oriental women would be your answer.

Of the major countries in the Western Hemisphere, the United States is probably "the biggest" as African American women outnumber Asian women by almost a 3 to 1 margin. There might be some Caribbean islands though that have a significant percentage of women from African slave descent while having virtually no Asian residents. Arguably the bustiest woman in the world with an overall slender build ("Miotosis") for example, is from the Dominican Republic.

Obviously, any country in Africa outside of the Saharan Desert area (where the population is dominated by Middle Easterners) would possibly be ranked as among the highest in the world. However, it is well known that health conditions there are severely compromised. The lack of good nutrition may ultimately have an effect on overall breast development, but this is only speculation. If the nutrition issue is a factor, than the region of the world that may have the largest average breast size might be the southeastern region of the US. Judging by lineage based from ancestry, that area would be roughly defined by a “sunken” diagonal drawn from the Capital region of the US (where Ms. Turner currently resides) through the Atlanta area (where she grew up) all the way to Louisiana.

Dont even know if that's true, but if so i believe reflects the poor diets originally enforced on American blacks from slavery. Blacks in Africa are not fat , certainly not as fat as some of the whales in the US both white and black. We do have denser bones and higher muscle mass, you gotta take that into account.

Miostosis type women I have seen them in the hood, in the Caribbean, AND in Africa. Not to her extreme but that same type.

To everyone saying the UK; I live in London and its not as notable as you guys say. I know plenty of girls whose tits are smaller than my pecs. In fact I tease them about it.
There are some tig ol bitties here but I wouldn't say significantly more than any other place.

A large break down was given. Toss African-American women aside since they are the bottom of the Black Female totem. But I can vouch for African girls having large breasts. Of course it varies across the continent but Africa is the only place you'll find a petite female with a huge ass and/or huge tits that looked like they we're stapled to her frame.

Girls from Uganada I find have large tits. No girl from UG I know has smaller than a C-cup.

Yes,Russian and Ukrainian women suffer in terms of boobs.Moscow is the second silicone boob capital after Rio.
For slavic world the demanding boobs lover has to turn to the western side(Czechoslovakia,Poland).For Germanic world to Netherlands(they are called the cows of Europe).There is a theory that milk production(Slowianka and Nestle) are responsible for the boob variation and development.

I was born and raised in Argentina so I can talk from personal experience about women in the capital city: They are hard to game (you're in a better position if you go to smaller cities) but they have nice boobs...let's say b and c.

Yes. I'd much rather hear anecdotes than look over research based on bra size purchases and maps that claim the average Russian is a D cup.

Personally, I don't think that we're going to conclude anything talking about the UK, even if British are the largest statistically. We can all agree that this isn't biggest tits in general, regardless of body mass and it's too hard to generalize about countries that have a huge mix of all nationalities.

The real questions is, "Which countries have you visited where you noticed much larger breasts in general on girls with average/thin waists?"

I've dated a girl with Germanic heritage as yes her tits were almost each the size of my head, but after spending time in Germany, I wouldn't say that this is common. Of course, it's not common anywhere, but we're talking percentages.

I have travelled to a few of the EE places you listed and find most of the girls have athletic bodies, I knew alot of girls in Hungary that had fake boobs. They even have a beauty contest Miss Fake Plastic surgery or something like that. I would say the Poles I have met generally have larger and nicer breasts, Greek Kamiki confirms this.
