I met this chic at salsa about a 6. I told her we should hang out sometimes before she go out town on the 2nd week. I schedule dinner at restaurant. She running 15 minutes late. ( I told her "Ok 15 mins") She arrive..I go for kiss on cheek (she move away) We talk little I ask why the coldness she says she didn't like the my tone or way came at her about lateness. We continue talking and every question follow by asking me questions so i said wait minute.. "I'm asking the questions here" After the date she text me. (Thanks again for dinner! It is always refreshing to meet someone who isn't closed minded This after I walk her to her 70k car and went for the kiss again she gave in just little bit on cheek). Here where I believe I blew it. I text her 3 days later told her call me this weekend. She text back I'm busy this weekend with work. I respond back call me before you leave. She text back. You seem like a nice guy, However you way too assertive for me and it makes me uncomfortable. I am flattered you are show interested, but...I won't be calling you

I saw her 9 days later on Friday in class with four friends. I just keep to myself having fun in class make everyone laugh. She avoid eye contact. I eventually stare her way and she smile nervously and wave.

Chicks are fucking retarded... Hey at least she was honest with you, but then again she could probably just be saying that. I would try and initiate again in class. Until you get a definite "no im not interested" just plow through. Kiss on the cheek? lame, should've called her out on that shit.

Ah-ha, look at the hamster rationalizing the fact that you weren't assertive enough (you waited a lot needlessly only to tell her to call you) into "you're too assertive". LOL!

Reading between the lines here it seems that maybe she felt you were too rude, harsh, and assholish in the way you talked to her on the date

If that is your normal personality (ask your friends) try to tone it down with women

If you are normally an easygoing guy but were just trying to act "alpha" with her, you need to calibrate your behavior better.

Some guys getting into game think that just being mean and rude is being alpha, but in fact only a small percentage of women are attracted to that type of guy. Most women are attracted to assholes but to the type who exhibits by what Roissy refers to as "amused mastery" meaning a sort of nonchalance toward her and an air of superiority

Well, I've learn a new term "amused mastery" Yes...I'm a AssHole but like most say "A likeable AssHole" That's how I came off (amused mastery)...She been around assertive or aggressive men before..She spent time in Italy and Nigeria.
