I need your help, fellow rooshers
Hey guys,
I know I've been a little weird and manic at times, but I have found out that I suffer from a serious mental health condition. I need your help to put together a 7 day ketogenic meal plan that I have to follow for life. At my current weight (roughly 201#, I've been dropping weight in scads as I no longer have sensations of hunger). I require roughly 3300 to 4000 calories per day.
Despite this bad news, I have a newfound vigor for life. I'm working to get a small business off the ground and I would be happy to accept you guys as potential clients on the cheap. I've finally decided that I want to work hard, make money, travel, and get laid.
Thanks very much,
Hades

We need to conduct experiments on you, so we can learn how to stop fattys from eating so much.
Anyway, from what I understand, a ketogenic diet requires a lot of fats/proteins and low carbs, so I'd recommend eating a lot of red and white meat, eggs, nuts, taking fish oil tablets, green vegetables, low/no carb protein powder mixes, only eating/drinking full fat milk and dairy products, and cooking everything in butter rather than vegetable oils. (This is basically an ideal diet in my opinion anyway)
Example:
Breakfast
Bacon
Scrambled eggs with cheese
Glass of milk
Fish oil tablet
Lunch - This is still possible, even if you're working or something
Greek yoghurt with mixed berries
Boiled eggs
Fish oil tablet
Dinner
Large steak
Eggs
Green vegetables
Fish oil tablet
Snacks
Assorted nuts
Protein shake with full fat milk, greek yogurt, whey powder, a banana and mixed berries.
Biltong (South African equivalent of jerky - it's way better)
Hope this helps with some ideas.

I think it would be better to get a professional to make your meal plan if you plan to stay on a ketogenic diet for life.
The best place to find a dietician with the required skillz would be an epilepsy clinic, especially the paediatric ones. Because epilepsy medications can mess up your concentration at school, kids are sometimes put on a ketogenic diet. So the dieticians drafting those diets are the ones you want to speak to.
Long term, a ketogenic diet can suppress brain function (hence fewer siezures) and will acidify your blood, leading to calcium precipitation. So you get kidney stones, your bones will weaken and maybe become osteoporotic, and you will have less physical strength to endure strenous physical problems (like marathoning or being shot in the chest by a mugger) because acidic blood tends to retain oxygen rather than distribute it into your bodily tissues. You may be able to cancel the acidifying effect by drinking baking soda mixed with water - you should probably invest in urine dipsticks to monitor the acidity of your urine, which is proportional to your blood acidity. Since its the ketones that are probably suppressing the brain you probably don't need the acidity anyway.
I've never noticed any weird or manic behaviour from you, so I'm quiet surprised you're mentioning this all of a sudden.
Anyway, good luck!

Do you have any proof to your claims about the keto diet? This sounds like broscience. I'm going to say your not going to find any.
My grandfather was schizophrenic and grandmother had alzheimers. I would also focus on a pale diet mentioned above. Grains have no business in our bodies.
Good luck
