I'm currently unemployed, poor, and bleeding cash. However, I am happy.
My advice is to make hay while the sun shines, and relax on the cheap when you suckle that teat dry.

Have you thought of SF, Berkley or Oakland? It's a bit better, even G likes SF. I have friends that do the commute from SF to SJ, they just do all the internet BS they were going to do anyway while on the train. Invest $40/month in a data plan, move to the city, take the train? Or better yet find a job in SF/Berkeley. I've noticed the difference between women from SF & Berkley and SJ.

Yeah, it is one of the best cities in the country.

Not a place for "Average Guys with Average Game" though.
