I think Instagram is a great DHV to show off your lifestyle and interests but it's hard to parlay it into direct communication with girls and I agree with the above posters. There's no way I would add randoms to Failbook from IG but I'm toying with using KIK messenger now. Webstagram http://web.stagram.com is pretty damn useful too and I also highly recommend the following mobile apps:

Instag:
Make sure you tag images with popular tags (#instagood, #tbt, #photooftheday, #instamood, #igers, #follow, etc), great app that allows easy copy/paste functionality.

Afterglow:
Hands down the best image editor for IG that I've found (I purchased them all and tried them out). It's worth the $.99 for the amount of time this app will save you. Make sure you crop square and use those filters instead of the IG default ones.

Pic stitch:
A free app that goes along with the #picstitch tag and makes for some really awesome collages, get creative with this and experiment.

I'm working on growing my profile now and I'll report back with more intel once I have some.

I recently sorted through my old emails and found this old site called myyearbook, pretty much old SN site that is similar to FB but started before them. They recently merged with Quepasa to form MeetMe. Pretty much Facebook, Instagram and Twitter clone with a shit ton of ads, but very little security and its open.

Re-signed up and my god that way the site works makes it so people keep finding new profiles. Uploaded a picture and getting a lot of feedback. While the quality is low mostly 6's and 5's and a lot of fatties, there is a lot of young folk and teens.

I'm still finding a way on how to properly game this, I got rid of most social networking sites and got banned from OKC, so I think this site will be my main menu for online gaming, there is definitely a niche for me.
Any tips on how to game folks on this, so far I have noticed my messages have been pretty beta so I ramped up the cockiness in the public message boards. I need two strategies local gaming and beyond, as this site connects you with a lot of people from other cities.

Any tips? I swear this is a potential goldmine, only competition is from brodudes showing off abs.

On a different note, it should be noted that since the few years ago that Roosh started this thread, instagram has incorporated a "direct message" functionality (i.e. DM's).
Total game-changer for sure. As the Yo Gotti song says: "It go down in the DM"

Instagram is a hard pill to swallow in that sense. Although DMs are already part of the app, its platform doesnt allow a user to freely chat as snapchat or kid does. Its just a side function and not their main functionality. For a guy like roosh, Instagram can be only used to get pussy if he is willing to shame himself for likes and be kind of 'instagram famous'. Girls dig that. Also, being an interesting world traveller can give you extra points.


Take into account that approaching a girl through instagram requires you to follow her, and her DMs to be enabled. Hard rigged platform for game.

Some really good reasons as to why you should delete Instagram as soon as possible. ^^^^

Obviously if you are looking a for a challenge then I fully support that Roosh. But still, it is helpful to know the drawbacks of Instagram and all social media for that matter, especially when it applies to getting laid.

You can DM anybody, whether they are following you or not - in fact you don't even have to be following them yourself. Though admittedly, it will first pop up as a "DM Request" that she will have to accept, but the user interface of this DM request is just like a normal DM. Also, they recently updated the app interface quite heavily purely to incorporate DM's more seamlessly into the user experience.

I have a feeling a lot of you guys on this forum are older than me, and thus the dislike towards instagram - I totally get it. But with younger girls 16-22 (16 is the age of consent in Canada) Instagram can help A LOT.

And one more time, as the Yo Gotto song says:
