I would like to hear about second tier French cities as well, especially Lyon and Strasbourg. Regarding being Asian I think girls there will react to it based on how secure they perceive you being about it.

Anyone have intel on second-tier Hungary?
I can only find this info about Gyor.

Bit concerned about the level of English and also if it'll be super quiet with nothing to do - the 2nd largest city in Hungary is only 200,000 people.
