I know you all had that one girl that changed you. The one that made you find "game" in the first place in order to learn how to get them. The one that made you hate women. The one that you still think about, even years later.

We all had that one, a "Great White Buffalo", whatever you want to call it.

This thread, I dedicate to them. The ones that got away.

Mine was an adorable girl who ended up going Ivy League I met on a trip overseas. She was perfect in every single way, but there was no way in hell I had a chance at her, psyching myself out at any opportunity. I totally screwed myself over.

And now I use it as motivation, to never do that same thing again.

I don't know about you, but I use my "one that got away" to make other girls seem normal. It's a good method to de-pedestalize other girls and make them seem like they're no one.

If you accept the fact that you will never get this girl and every other girl won't be the same, it will be much easier to talk to other girls because they aren't on the pedestal.

Those who got away are those who shall be quickly forgotten and never mentioned again. They don't matter. And even if one got into game because one got away, assuming the game has changed him it's the fact that he's building himself up that's important, not any particular girl that may have triggered the process. They got away - good. Now how many approaches am I going to make today?

I think the "Bangs that Got Away" would be a better concept.

I can remember about a year ago I was making out with a girl in my car right outside of her house. If I would have known Roosh's "can I use your bathroom" move, I would have banged. Instead, I let her go, assuming we would bang on the next date. As you can guess, the next date never happened.

Also, 6 months ago I had an extra ticket to a concert last minute and found a random girl on okcupid to come with me. she was decent looking, but a bit of a princess who shit tested me all night. Had I given less of a fuck and just been aggressive, I believe that I would have banged. Instead, all I did was stare at her ass as she got out of my car, and I never called her again.

I will not make these mistakes again.

This is going to sound cynical, but the girls that changed me are the worst girls I've been with. The more depraved and shitty a girl is, the more she opened my eyes to a woman's true nature. It's sad in a way, but these are the women that helped my game the most.

The girls that "got away" are the ones that I didn't fuck because my game wasn't tight enough, it wasn't because they were too good for me or any other horseshit like that.

I'm not sure what the point is of discussing "the one that got away". It implies the idea of a "golden girl". Believe me, I've fallen into that trap many times. There are certainly great girls out there that break the mold, rare as they may be. But with them, they're on a short fuse, so it's a matter of getting the good stuff while it's still good and not as corrupted.

Girls that are truly good in the states are a ticking time bomb because the odds are stacked SO heavily against them. Unless she's isolated somehow from Instagram, facebook, cosmo, and sex in the city, it's only a matter of time before she conforms to the mold of shitty American women that precede her.
