I met this girl in a dance bar, she is 19 years old, solid 9 with a bit of conservative background.
At the start she did not give a shit about me in the bar but outside I have talked to her a bit and later took her home with my expensive car so it changed the picture a bit and she agreed to give me her Facebook, but not phone number.

In FB I was able to attract her more so she agreed to meet me later for a date, still without giving me her phone.

So we scheduled tentatively for today but now she said she is too tired and will tell me in the evening if she can meet or not, this is obviously a shit test.

I would be happy to know from a solid player what is the good response for this and how should I act in order to secure a date with her.

I can't imagine how Facebook can ever help a guy score a gal, especially a hot one who is already getting her validation from her hundreds of beta orbiters.

If you can't get the digits, it's bounce-time. I don't care how hot she is, you freeze her out until the digits are scored.

I beg to differ.
With this one it was either FB or nothing. And I had few cases in the past which FB later contributed to a date and a bang.
She is also LTR material, so I dont mind about quick sex, I want this girl for more.

How is she LTR material? What are her Facebook photos like? What activities does she like to do that show that she's docile and demure enough for an LTR?

The "few cases" that ended up in a bang are too time consuming for me to consider, when there are so many better, faster, easier options.

Shes LTR cause she have great combination of looks, good character which I like (from first impressions) and she also conservative and will bang only when LTR- good assumption.
I understand this is not for you, this is for me, I am willing to do the efforts to get this girl.

I will sit on the fence for now, keeping low profile, and see how it goes. I assume XXL description is the logical explanation.
She does not have a permanent boyfriend, this is something that you can know from FB of girls with loads of pictures and status updates, she might see someone, this can also make sense.
I disagree with the attitude that a girl do not worth my time if she does not shows high interest from the start,
Girls with high caliber requires efforts, especially the LTR potential ones, if you are not willing to make that effort and go for the easier options you will get less high caliber girls.

maybe i was to vague

what i mean is focus on other girls as you do and in between shoot her a quick funny texts from time to time ("today is international day of chocolate. bon appetit"). maybe invite her out to some party or venue you already heading to with your crew. or send her email with some useful stuff relevant to her interest etc. basically all of these things add something cool to her life. not everyday, not every 2 days, just from time to time. if she rejects your invitation and "can't" go out with you just say "ok" and try in next 1-2 week

So I waited about a week and as you recommended sent her a funny message but in FB, I do not have her phone yet.
After few replies I suggested to meet up at Saturday night, she responded that she is spontaneous and we should talk in Saturday evening cause she might be tired and she prefer not to set a date and later cancel.
It might be the hard to get move she is doing but also possible that she has few options and I am not the 1st priority.

So she actually put me on standby, and not only that, I can only contact her in Saturday evening.
The question is if to be her puppy and message her again that evening or to play hard to get myself.

Dude, you have a case of oneitis. There's almost nothing you can do. As said above, forget about her and move on. Or make out with a girl in front of her. Everything else you do has a high probability of failing. You are already more invested in her than she's in you, and the one who's more invested loses.
