What to best do with your money before you travel?
Say you are going to travel for an extended period of time in about 6 months and you have a say 50k saved up. What would you do with it for the 6 months before you leave?

I'm earning 1.05% at CIT Bank for the last 2 months but I am only making a little over $40 a month doing that. I also dont want to do a CD or anything that it has to be put away for more than 6 months because I will be using it then.
