It's a salt inhaler:

You can find them for cheaper, but I wouldn't spend less than $30 on one.

I have minor asthma where I have to use a steroid inhaler twice a day and sometimes a regular pump albuterol one, usually before and during workouts.

But this thing has helped me get off the steroid and soon, I'll be off the regular pump too.

Thought I'd spread the love to you guys.

How do you use it, and is it refillable?

Would you say this thing is better than salt-water nebulisation?

What kind of workouts do you do? Do you have any updates on this?
