Keep missing each other's calls--What types of messages to leave?

Keep missing each other's calls--What types of messages to leave?
If you're phone tagging back and forth (you leave a message for her, she calls you back but you miss the call, then you call her back and she misses the call), do you just eventually leave her a message and ask her to meet up, OR do you still continue to only say in your messages "Hey it's me, call me back when you get this." ??
