In short and translated:
The Phil gov plans to make an autonomous state for the Muslim rebels in the south in 2016 after a 40 year rebel war and 100K deaths. I can't read that Neil because it's in Hollandaise, but I bet they'll give them Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi, which they've talked about doing for years.

I had first hand experience with the MILF in the US Navy and despite the funny name those guys are no joke.

(UPDATE) The "Bangsamoro" will be a new autonomous political entity in the Philippines, President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III on Sunday said, as he announced that the government has forged a deal ending the decades-old insurgency of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).

"National government will continue to exercise exclusive powers of defense and security, foreign policy, monetary policy and coinage, citizenship, and naturalization," Aquino said.

Enzo it would be a waste of money. Just showing up would do the job. Just do it discretely if there is a Muslim government.
