i was taking dymatize ISO 100, but after FFY's blog I've moved to Casein and seen much better results.

You don't literally get them from eggs, you get cartons of egg whites alone. The stuff is literally liquid animal protein without all the potential bullshit you get from milk based proteins. You can also cook them quickly and eat them with salsa, pretty tasty.
