What brand of protein supplement do you use?

I use the gold standard protein, because it is eassy to absorb and is the purest form of protein that is natural.

I was considering switching to hemp protein, per Mike Dolce recommendation.

I use muscle milk. Yes, it's more expensive but I've found nothing that compares. Any whey iso makes me bulkier than I'd like. The casein proteins that muscle milk contains keep me a bit slimmer. I mix 1.75 scoops of muscle milk with 5g glutamine, leucine, creatine, 3G of beta alanine, and a carb.

Before bed I've started taking a casein. I'm curious to see how the extra 20g of protein before bed affects my figure and workouts.

I'm currently taking the Vitamin Shoppe brand Casein protein blend. Chocolate flavor. It's pretty good.

I get the cheapest whey I can from target/walmart. Take it with water or almond milk. Casein protein at night before bed.

Agreed. I find VK's posts to be of very high quality. Lots of 'real' dirt always thrown from his mouth. Shame he doesn't post here.

I swear by Optimum nutrition pro complex gainer. I keep the 10 pound bags on hand all the time. Double chocolate is delicious. Anything optimum is usually safe.

Allstarhealth.com has cheapest prices ive found. Supplementwarehouse is cheap too, bodybuilding.com not bad either. Gnc taxes their supplements like crazy

I was using Garden of Life RAW Protein for a while, but have recently been using Reservage Organics Grass-fed Whey. Next time I go to the Vitamin Shoppe I'm probably going to reload on both.

A quick google search will tell you that the white of a single egg has around 3-4 grams of protein in it.

Unless you're willing to eat massive amounts of egg whites every day to get your daily protein intake up, it's much less challenging to get the protein from other sources.

I use mostly the Team Skip mix from True Nutrition after mikeymike here mentioned it (thanks!) awhile back. Great stuff, very affordable, no fillers, doesn't cause bloat.

I'm currently using NOW Foods Whey Protein Isolate. I was using the Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass Gainer that someone else mentioned but I'm trying to avoid all the sugar that stuff like that contains. I've also used ON Gold Standard, Nitrean+, and the Walmart stuff.
