Lets assume these are women who do take care of themselves to some level and dont screw their bodies with JUNK.

I've noticed and read a lot and the RIGHT KIND of OILS in DIET and SKIN application in the right weather HELPS a TON.

As far as the issue of how racial groups age, I would agree that people of African descent do seem to age more gracefully, and I think this is mainly due to their skin pigmentation being more forgiving when it comes to exposure to the sun. As far as the blacks with soft skin, I am white , but I grew up in a fairly black area and I think Hydro's point about the black skin being softer is not always true. The oils? What about the Ash? Based purely on what I've seen in my young life, blacks and Asians seem to age the best. I'm constantly being fooled by a black person's age (often I'm guessing 10 years under) for both men and women.

Like others said, the black female obesity issue can cloud it but when it comes down to thinner black women, they age very well. Black dudes that are overweight do way better than the heavy sisters.

No idea what the real consensus or science is, just "what I've noticed" from living on both coasts, major coastal cities and suburbs.

Brazilians/Latinos in general are definitely up there.

With at least a decent lifestyle, a good looking woman in her youth will most likely maintain it until her 40s.

Men in their 50s, if in good shape can easily look as if they are in their mid 30s.

On average, I would say latinos look 10 years younger.

Courage reborn has it right and the reasoning is simply because of the lines and wrinkles.

White skin shows defections much faster. Black skin will show minimal lines due to coloration.

Also Asians have slanted eyes which make the crows feet significantly less pronounced.

Overall the reason people "age the best" can be simply broken down by 1) colors - can read a fashion book to understand this better, 2) lines on the face - less wrinkles = better

This is a huge reason why juicing/skin care is excruciatingly important. Your skin is the main barometer for youth that and hairline.

A bouncer friend of mine always says "black don't crack" - he's 40 and looks late 20's.

Chinese women age the best, especially those from the mainland.

Don't group all Asians together though. There are a heck of a lot of overweight women in Thailand. Not sure why this is so. Obesity was exceedingly rare in mainland China - I'd guess that less than 1 in 1000 women were obese back there.

Thais seem to fry everything, which might be the cause. Or maybe it's too hot to do any freaking exercise. And back in China only rich people had elevators in their apartments, poor people had 6+ flights of stairs.

I would say that Black women who take good care of themselves age the best (see: Garcelle Beauvais, Stacey Dash, Nia Long, post-blaxploitation Pam Grier, etc). This is coming from a brother that doesn't even really fuck with BW like that. Notice the caveat, though: taking good care of themselves. Most American BW look like shit from not taking care of themselves, unfortunately.

Asian girls age well. Many of them actually get better with a bit of age (mid-20s or so), because they develop womanly curves later in life.

Latina women tend to go downhill once they start having kids. In the rare event that you encounter an older Latina who has not had kids, she will probably be hot for her age. Young Latinas, pre-kids, are hot as fuck.

White American women probably age the worst in general. Once again, this is coming from a brother who digs white women. By the mid-20s most AWW will have started to look older than their age.


These are all generalizations, and I know there are exceptions. However, this is what I have observed to be the rule.

Had a recent bang 26 year old white chick. Skinny, in shape etc... could have still looked pretty hot in the face, but nope.

The history of binge drinking, cigarette smoking, and cocaine since a young age could have had her age at 34 in the face and I would believe it.

1. American White Girls party the hardest in their youth and are completely proud of it with no regrets later in life

you know, in my last job, one of my bosses was a blonde white-american chick. she was descent looking (not super sexy but descent). It's been said before, but I believe that diet and skincare is the main factor, not race. Lots of white American girls go through the college phase of tanning, shitty fast food, and alcohol. It all adds up, and does damage quickly.

A girl I am friends with is aging pretty quickly. She's the same age as I am (22), but she honestly looks like she's pushing 27 ish. The Arizona sun does some pretty heavy damage.

I know lots of black girls who eat equally shitty food, drink, smoke etc and it doesn't affect them one iota. The stark difference has been well observed and corroborated by lots of people. Darker skinned women and Asian women age slower. It a fact.

Only thing it seems to be easier for black girls to get fat.

Totally anecdotal, but east asian chicks seem to age well. Most of the time I will guess their ages wrong.
