I hear and read about guys having "wing women" and actually being friends with girls. Why? What's the point? From my experience, they're ALL on the same team and will look out for complete strangers once they see what you're up to. I've kept it cool with some girls (no sex) and 99% of them start looking at me different and making comments when they find out how I am. So why do some forum members actually have female friends? Break it down for me.

Me and bojangles were out on Friday night with our good mate Jimmy. We were sitting on these sofas in the middle of the bar area when this mixed group of about 10 people walked in. They ordered their drinks and went off together to another part of the bar.

5 minutes later, 3 of the girls came to sit with us. One told us how they were out to try help their guy friend pull a girl. We saw him later on in the night and he looks like the spitting image of Seth Rogen only much more weedy.

Anyway, the girls spent around an hour with us, I made them get drinks, the beta guy came over and I terrorised him to keep him from cockblocking and they'd pretty much given up their mission.

They knew it was nigh on impossible to get this guy laid and like a cheetah on crack were pretty quick to dump him to come chat to us.

Girls. Always thinking for themselves.

I feel you man. The clearest I've ever seen it was when I met a girl on OKC who claimed to be there for a fuck buddy. Went to her place and I'd fucked her roommate a week earlier. The roommate was on OKC for the same reason. Explicitly stated. Everything changed once they realized I was going to have fucked the both of them, all of their sexual acceptance/openness went out the window and I was scum.

Anyways. I have a few female friends. I get the most out of the ones I don't use to meet other girls. (pretty much all my bangs are from outside sources).

Their roles:
- study buddies
- work at a bar (free drinks, good service, preselection when they squeal as soon as you walk in)
- other forms of preselection. ie. walking around campus I'll get stares from other girls, people here are creatures of routine and I'm good at remembering faces. I'll approach after this has happened.

and the most beneficial: you get to see, close up, the inner workings of a woman's mind. You can see it change over time and learn from it.

For example we all know you can't take her advice at face value, but what you can do is infer what she actually wants/means. Also over time you can see how she changes, how she reacts to events in her life (ie. getting/losing a boyfriend, other emotional highs and lows). I don't know how to describe it, but it helps in reading women you've just met and even dealing with similar situations.

Its also helpful to keep some playfulness/sexual tension in your relationship. Don't do "date" activities, listen to her bitch etc.

I don't see any problem with it as long as they don't get in the way of your goals and you don't listen to them for any sort of advice.

Girls are definitely not on the same team. You're viewing it wrong. They're all vying for status. The reason they appear to circle the wagons is that none of them wants to take a chance on a stranger and look weak, either because he rejects her or her friends judge him inferior. Just wait until you're hanging out with a group of girls and one of the queen bees decides you're worth going after. The rest of the group will trip over themselves trying to prove that they can get you away from her.

I see no problem with befriending and going out to bars with girls. The main problem is them wanting attention from you at inopportune times while they are drunk. That doesn't happen often. There are girls that I'm friends with that know the deal with me and they're cool with it. I never tell them that I studied pickup, but they know guys want sex and they're not gonna cockblock their friend. Not all girls are feminazis and bitches.

None of you have long-time female friends, female family friends, female friends of siblings that you are also friends with?

After I came out of LTR, I tried to make friends with girls as my GF was so jealous and I just didn't have feminine energy in my life apart from her... so most of them didn't really understand it, and wanted more than being friends! ;-(

But like western cancer says you learn a heap about the feminine mind set, but if you don't enjoy being with them and get something out of hanging with them, and they are not quality to you, why even bother?

Also, they can introduce to their girlfriends... its called social circle. ever been to a party and its all guys? that's because the guys do not have any friends who are girls. Also, if you have hot friends who are girls, you can sorta pimp them onto other guys... it raises your social value in that way too. It is a two way street for them too. I call it connecting the dots. I do it internationally. If you are in such and such place, go and visit so and so - they will often hookup. David D calls it being the connector.

Also, its pretty basic, women are more intuitive and emotional, if you want to talk about something and get an honest female perspective, there you have it! your guy friends are going to have their guy view, often females will have a more sophisticated perspective.

Also, there is a preselection aspect too, going out with a hot female friend, other people will often think you are fucking her! even on fb, if she is commenting on things there, people are going to sexualise that as well.

I find it behooves me to have a lot of female aqaintances, I'd say a lot of western women don't really understand friendship full stop. neither do western men (that means US!) I'd like to have deeper friendships with women, but a lot of women will not really open up till until you have sex with them!

I've found one girl, pretty hot too, who will lie to girls for me. She's just like a guy in so many ways. It's awesome. 99.999999% of women are not like this though.

This not only affects how women treat you but raises the bar on how guys will respect you. The only blowback is that some of the stout little chubby girls in the office acted like they were in a snit. I assume there was some jealously going on, but since they we so stout it never registered much.

Each chick is on her own team. Yeah, they'll defend a woman they don't know over a man that they do know, but she'll also be quick to cut another chick's throat over a man she wants for herself. They're petty and hateful to their own close friends if a friend is more successful, prettier, gets more attention from men, etc. They're all free-agents, looking for the best deal for themselves, and they'll try to get it at the expense of any and everyone around them.

I disagree. My female friends are decent wings, simply because to be a decent female wing all you have to do is be seen talking to the guy you are winging and other females will notice. I go out with female wings semi-regularly and not one has ever 'betrayed' me for a target, so YMMV.

If your personal repelling percentage is that high then I think that you come across as to them as blatant pickup guy with "fuck me or fuck off" vibe. At least that's my first thought.

Why female friends?

Beyond obvious social reasons.. game wise there's nothing better than going out with group of girls. You get inside every venue. Everybody likes you instantly there. Game is so easy. Instead of maneuvering inside like a ninja to kill your prey you just socialize with people and bring your girls in the convo. Then this whole cold approach thing becomes just social chit chat. No right/wrong angles or timing etc.. Next thing you know you're laughing dancing flirting and it goes from there.

While traveling it's hard to create you female clique but it's possible to meet some girls in the street/in pregame bars before hitting clubs and bring them with you.

That's so true. Take 2 female friends. They seem to really like each other and have been friends for 10 years. Great friends. Seduce them both and see if they still stick together...
