I've met many women childless over 40 as a single dad. It's not pretty but most of them are because of some pussy issue with tubes or something so they say. I think it's an untreated std or something but that's the story most of the time.

Yeah and if I agree with you, it's pretty much a FACT. Most girls don't even get regularly tested like guys unless someone warns them of a STD or they end up pregnant and the doctors have to test for the baby's sake. I would say at least 15% of girls carry STD's for at least 5 years.

My personal theory is no. Most my childhood friends have young children but I do think a polluted pussy/lack of maintenance is to blame.

I think it widely depends on the individual - some women will get pregnant if you stare at them too hard, whereas another woman might struggle. While biologically it's supposed to be more difficult, I would think the average woman, if she's trying hard (and has taken reasonably good care of herself), should be able to get knocked up into her early 30s. After that, it's probably more difficult for most to get pregnant without medical assistance.
