Are expats losers?
I was just thinking that many of the expats I
have met overseas are losers like me. I am not saying every person who lives abroard is a failure, of course, but many seem like they just couldn't make it in the West and have kind of dropped out. Some guys have seemed evasive about why they are living abroard and looked like they were fleeing debt, child support payments, taxes, the law, or looking for sex or drugs. Some expats just seemed kind of like sleazy perverts or scammers or just looked like losers.

I know that most international travelers are law-abiding people, but if you have ever been to a foreign country, have you ever noticed that some expats seem like failures?

I found some interesting articles that you might like about guys with loose morals who traveled abroard:

Dude,
Like anywhere, there are good and bad people. Depends on what social circle and the type of people you frequent. If you frequent the sleazy cheap monger, that's what you'll encounter. If you're around successful, young and ambitious guys who have made it by themselves and escaped from the mind numbing and soul crushing of the 9-5 grind with their online gigs, then that's what you'll encounter and meet. I have seen, met both types but I'd rather focus on and frequenting with the latter type. To each their own I guess.

I like travel, girls, and money, but I just feel depressed about the whole lifestyle. I just don't
see the long-term future of it. I mean if you're traveling or a foreigner in many countries, buying
a car or a house, starting a company, going to college, getting married, or becoming the prime minister is often next to impossible.

RE: Are expats losers?
The answer is no. While there are a finite percentage of them looking for drugs, parties, easy pussy, the majority of them are overseas for family or work. It is quite ignorant to classify a whole group of people for a few sensationalist news stories.

Ive found overseas that you find people related to the kind of person you are. If you head to the seedy bars, you will find locals and foreigners who meet those criteria. Sure there are a few bad eggs everywhere, but you dont focus on them.

Try classy places and youll do much better.

No.

As for guys that routinely read and post on forums that they're really not interested in, could be another question.

I like free speech, too. I don't see why guys all need to have the same thinking. Are we all robots?
What is wrong with thinking outside of the box or having a different point of view?

Most likely a troll, but reading his responses is amusing. Just don't take them seriously, and they are pretty hilarious.

"The Downside of swooping Hot girls"

"Why traveling the world is Bad"

"Traveling to beautiful places and swooping beautiful girls is meaningless".

"Corporate 9 to 5's in a suburban office park is more fufilling than drinking Malbec with 18 year old Models in BA (hit tip gringoed and partytime)."

"Why staying in Kansas is the right move for everyone"

"Life experience is overrated"

"Working for yourself, answering to no one, going to south america and swooping fly girls is not all its cracked up to be"

etc.

Yeah.

There's a guy somewhere looking up some articles about traveling for people with loose morals.

He's at home googling "failures who travel."

Aloha!

Ha ha. Hey, I have traveled before and I am criticizing no one. Maybe traveling is fun today, but I just want to warn everyone that one day you might wake up like me and see that you have
no house, car, career, or wife and regret wasting your youth. I remember seeing some 60 year old American guy
in the Philippines approaching girls in the park and thinking how pathetic he looked. I don't
want to end up like that.
