LOL. She stopped using one trainer because he made 'suggestive comments'. Hires anothe trainer and finds he too makes 'sexually suggestive comments'. Obviously it's a bit much to expect her to realise it's all a figment of her imagination, but did it ever occur to her to use a female trainer? She didn't want to use a female trainer because she wanted to be near those hunky male trainers.

But she got angry that they kept exchanging glances and smiles with those other (thin) girls while she was puffing and sweating lifting her pink dumbbells and they didn't even look.

First of all, let's give her the benefit of the doubt and assume everything she said is 100% true.

But how in the fuck is it remotely possible that a guy staring at her breasts and another guy sending her a raunchy text is enough to inflict "severe emotional distress" on her?

How does this woman make it through the day if her emotional state is this fragile?

Imagine what would happen if the genders were reversed here: a guy claims he was emotionally traumatized because his female PT complimented his pecs, and his next female PT sent him a raunchy text, so he decides to file a lawsuit. He wouldn't just be laughed out of the lawyer's office, he'd be pilloried in the media if they got wind of the story. He'd literally become a national joke. But because this is a woman, the matter must be taken very seriously.

And this woman is not even claiming sexual harassment. She's basically claiming that she was complimented in a way that she did not like. She is claiming she was emotionally traumatized by bad game, and the law is on her side.

Our society is literally at the point where an obese woman can file a lawsuit when you spit bad game at her.

I honestly shudder to think how much worse it's going to get from here.

I've had the unfortunate luck of dealing with MANY of these sows over the years. They gravitate towards HR, cashier, dispatch, or any other job that requires sitting all day and nothing more. They travel in herds, and turn a whole office into a cave.

There's not one answer as to why they are the way they are. IME, it is a collection of issues.

Overweight- Self-explanatory. They loathe the one thin girl in HR. I love listening to them slam the poor thin chick when she's not around. This leads into...

Inferiority- When the guys come into the office, they gravitate towards the hot chick and ignore the fatties. Well no shit. It makes it just that much harder to sneak a bite of the twinkie they have in the top drawer of their desk. They are also the first to fire off a complaint. Not the cute ones. The fatties will try to undermine the hot girl until she quits or is fired. I've seen this firsthand more than once.

Birds of a Feather- All these sows are miserable, and misery loves company. It's like a support group, but backwards. They find comfort in listening to the other fat asses sit around and complain all day. Very toxic environment.

Hormonal Imbalance- Being fat and living a sedentary lifestyle fucks their systems up. One issue, like being overweight, becomes perpetual. This is why from one day to the next their mood shifts are so extreme.

I can't help but this this is just another ploy to assuage her ego. "Look at me, the men can't help but make these sexual comments. I am so offended that all these men want me." Taking a look at this girl we know that no guy in his right mind is going to "harass" her sexually. Or this is just a ploy to make some money. Who knows what really happened here.

I think the lawyer made her see dollar signs that is for sure. However I have seen many Pts over the years getting people doing the most bizzare crap. She is certainly not the most hideous women alive, it is possible she may have drawn public attention to some dubious stuff Pts maybe doing.
