I like the concept, but have a few key problems with this...

1: Your macronutrient ratios should not always be static... You need to take in differing amounts of fat and carbs depending on your current weight, and if you're trying to lose fat, gain muscle, or maintain weight.
2: People serious about weightlifting need a way to isolate a high carb and protein meal post-workout.
3: A liquid meal will tend to be higher in glycemic index and lower in fiber than a real meal (bad for many reasons).

Still interesting, though. Will be keeping an eye on this.
