I just got finished with the elite body thread. I will say I have an unnoticeable elite body. I'm 6'4" 225 lbs 15%bf at 32. However because of the height you won't notice my arms unless I'm wearing a fitted tshirt. Its very hard to find the right brand.

does anyone else have this problem?

As Arnie writes in his book, tall guys have to work extra hard in order to make their arms look big. However, I'm also 6'4'' but only 200 lbs at around the same bf-level and unless you are packing 20 lbs calves, people should notice your guns.

no such thing as an elite unnoticeable body. 15% is nowhere near elite, but with the added layer of bf your arms should look bigger than they are, if you're not bulging fabric with that help, if you get shredded sub 10% your arms are gonna look tiny. Having long lanky limbs aren't helping your case but you need to pack on some lbm.

I had the same prob, 2x or 2xlt after a wash usually shrinks down to something that compliments my body.How close are your arms to 20? I'm 6'6 and they became noticeable once I got to 19.75.Its a good problem to have, it's better than having one body part that is disproportionately bigger than the rest of your body.

Buy shirts that are made to your measurements. I'm 6'2 and I'd rather be 6'2 and "worried about my arms" than 5'8 and proud of them.

Just walk around in boxers if you're over 6 feet and pick what girls you want. You're automatically alpha and cops will be scared to handcuff you.

Well im 6'4" but only weight 160lbs.... Im like the joker i suppose... only that is not funny..
