So guys i been talking to this chick at work shes a solid 7 brunette, with a great ass and ok face. I only see her some times because shes part time but last couple weeks i been talking to her here and there i usually start the conversation when she looks at me and smiles. But recently she doesn't make eye contact or just walks by me, im guessing maybe she's not interested or she wants me to approach her?

I'm no expert, but it sounds like you may have waited too long. Being a noob myself, I've experienced this quite a few times. Keep on practicing, keep on reading the material, and just try to do better with the next girl. Baby steps, bro!
