Reading the manosphere at a young age makes it easier to hate women if one does not have enough experience to know otherwise. Sure, there are exceptions to the rule - but generally speaking - it tends to hold true. That is why a common theme or trope is "going through a phase of being angry at or hating women". I never completely went through that phase.

But I did develop an irrational fear that I could be false accused of rape at every turn and it affects me still, when I try to escalate. When I get more objective experience with escalation, I will calm down a bit for sure.

That's only an example.

Exactly. If you're dissapointed by a real, cynical view of the world, than all that's happening is your ideas (which may have been naive) are being proved false through information rather than experience.

I'm glad the manosphere is expanding and I'm recommending it to the younger guys when appropriate. I don't think it's a danger to their optimism.

Young men have always, always faced potential hazards. 50 years ago, they were getting drafted to go off and die in some stupid ass war started by evil old men. Now they are lured into stupid marriages by women who end up screwing them over.

In either case, I think it's honorable and worthwhile to warn those young men not to lured into the traps that are set for them.

I'm not worried they will lose their optimism. There are plenty of areas of the human race which are expanding and wonderful, for example the unbelievable, expanding freedom of the Internet, and the growing democracy of ideas that it is causing around the world. (The young people who didn't live before the Internet don't realize how wonderful a time this is. )

I am 21, in my personal experience as a young initiate in the manosphere, I had only one major failure regarding women and love and it was enough for me to understand their nature and to go redpill, this forum and others were also extremely useful to enhance it, I am trying to spread the word and bring as many to this side as possible, this generation needs serious help, but we are getting there!

It's kind of disappointing to see people complaining about discovering knowledge that will help them navigate through life with their eyes fully opened. Would you rather live in ignorance and go through countless failed relationships and marriages that leave you spiritually and financially broken? I'm sure there are plenty of older guys that wasted years in soul sucking marriages who wish that they had information like this available to them when they were younger.

There's also no reason to assume that every woman is a piece of shit just because you understand the fact that women are generally opportunists. Having a cynical streak about female behavior will probably help you avoid potential bad situations if anything. Also realize that the more extreme forms of female behavior that we complain about are generally restricted to upper and middle class college educated SWPL types in English speaking countries. These girls have had everything handed to them just for showing up, so they develop horrific personalities and don't appreciate anything because there are absolutely no negative consequences for poor behavior. It is better to be aware of how to avoid them.

My life has gotten measurably better since I discovered it and I have banged girls because of the advice I have gotten from it.

My point is that I think it's good if one has prior experience with women before one discovers the manosphere?

Why do I think that? I got about three years experience with constant failure in highschool. I learned really tough lessons from embarrassing failures. These failures made me realize that I didn't know what I was doing with girls and therefore more ready to accept what the manosphere was saying.

Does that make more sense?

Perhaps I am contradicting myself somewhere.

I think you hit it right on the nail. This is the exact reason I started looking for answers to why I previously failed. This whole Game business was just a lifting of the blindfold for me. I had no idea the self-destructiveness that my beta actions were causing. I needed these failures to get me motivated to improve and learn. I guess at the time I couldn't logically put together that I always did A, and I would always get B.

B as in ending up with my dick in hand.
