Has anyone been seeing these anti trt commercials?

They are on all the time now in New York. Even saw them in Philly.

It's basically one of those cheesy lawyer commercials saying, "have you or a loved one been negatively affected from taking testosterone replacement therapy? Call 1-800 blah blah blah."

They are straight up trying to scare men from taking test now! It's messed up.

I guarantee if guys get heart attacks or die on trt it's because they don't take care of them selves via diet and exercise and would have happened regardless of being on trt or not.

^^ Midnight, I don't think it's trying to scare men away from TRT per se, they are just looking for more group members to file a class action law suit against a pharma company and cash in.

I've actually seen more commercials on tv advertising TRT, although not injectable of course (because that's generic, therefore cheap).

^ It's a judgment call. Some guys feel fine at 500. Others don't.

That's why anti-aging doctors "treat symptoms and not a number."

If you feel good at 500, cool. If not, then get an Rx.

I'm going to look into a good place to get blood work done here. I think it's only something like $5 or $10.

Should be interesting.

I have a high sex drive and will run circles around guys on the basketball court or go for hours in the gym but I still feel really lethargic and unmotivated going about my day-to-day and get plenty of brain fog.

I'm only 25 so I have no plans on taking anything yet but I'm curious to know where I stand.

Work with a lot of guys in mid-late 20's and absolutely shocked at how run down, disheveled and overweight they are, who have no idea of T. I always recommend they get a test. Its not common knowledge for younger guys who are not targeted by the drug ads.

MidnightSpecial - Yes, I have seen this all over the place. I think its nothing more than ambulance chasers who have a new line of business. The thing to keep in mind with ambulance chasers is that their advertising ROI is extremely high. If they spend $10K in advertising targeting simps they will probably make 20X that in new revenue, from a small amount of cases. Thats why "mesothelioma" is the most expensive keyword, at over $300 per click...

Over the last three months I have flown every week on business, working 70+ hours a week, and somehow have held it together ok, gained a few road and home bangs and have had a lot of fun too. Gained a little weight, have maintained a workout plan 4x/week, but I recently hit the wall. Got a bad cold, fell in shower(random I know..) and hurt myself pretty badly, and have been beat down so much its effecting my temper and positivity. Stayed in all this weekend on the couch, eating, reading and watching movies. After this weekend I will be reset, and fresh, and I want to start a T program.

I'm 38 and need to manage this. Its basically; get the T levels checked, restart workout schedule, 1-2 days per week outdoor activity/sports, no drinking, zinc/multi's daily, start reading 1 hour before bed- no tv/laptop, lose 5-10lbs asap, no habits of expression of anger or sloppiness, etc take it easy on myself. I can get it back fairly quickly if I put it all into action and focus on myself.

How common are fertility issues? I've seen some say that they become sterile and others say that while sterility can be an issue it is temporary and your body will bounce back.

Seems like the ones having heart attacks supposedly from the Testosterone are 60+ years old. They were more then likely high risk heart attack guys long before the TRT. Over weight guys who eat shitty food and don't work out start taking TRT and then get active and have a heart attack.... all of a sudden TRT is BAAAAAD.

Anyone have any experience with the Testosterone you put under your arms like deodorant? Seems a lot easier then sticking a needle in your ass ever 5-7 days.

I agree with this post. I actually formulated my own trt protocol after literally 100's of hours of painstaking research. Frankly,many of the mainstream trt protocols are quite archaic. So there is a lot to be said for self study and common sense, the amount of people who get fucked up by bad doctors advice is pretty scary.

I take subq test injections (25mg) 3 times per week, that puts my test up to 950ng and I have no need to take any anti e's.

For maintaining ball size, sperm count and ejaculate volume, I take humanoforte, tribulus and six raw eggs per day.

Bi yearly bloodwork keeps me satisfied that my particular trt protocol is right FOR ME.

I think the key here is to be aware of the research, biology and the bloodwork, combined with how you actually feel. Everything needs to add up, the theory and the 'anecdotal'
