This graph is strange, not quite sure how to read it correctly. I'm seeing omega 3 on here like 4 times.

The graph is interactive. So if you hold your cursor over one of the bubbles - it will tell you whether it is a worthwhile or not, for a particular claim (which will pop up) which has being made for it.
