Grain Pillows
If you sleep on the side and tend to have a tight neck, upper back after getting up, then maybe you are using a wrong pillow. Most of them are too big and too soft and do not provide sufficient support for you head.

I got myself a pillow filled with grains (sorghum to be exact) and it really improved my sleep. They provide great support while being pretty comfortable and are less expensive than those orthopedic pillows. Plus they are made of organic grains and cotton, which is always better than sleeping on some plastic shit.

If you are looking for a new pillow, check em out.

RE: Grain Pillows
Grain pillows in smaller sizes (30 / 40 cm) are a great addition to traditional plume pillows (65 / 100 cm). Just don't buy the ones filled with cherry stones because they tend do create a ton of noise when resting your head on them.

By the by, the best blanket size is 240 / 240 cm. Not only is it comfortable, but girls seem to dig huge things in the bedroom. Sometimes it can even act as a proxy for steering harmless conversations into more sexual territories while keeping a playful manner. tard

Where did you get your sorghum pillow? Did you order online?

Yeah, I ordered it from amazon. You can choose different grains, but sorghum is supposed to be the most comfortable filling. And yes, avoid cherry stones. They are not good for sleeping.
